Set in an elegant Art Nouveau building overlooking the Adige River, Residenza Sammicheli is perfectly located for discovering Verona. A short walk across nearby Ponte Navi takes you into the historic centre, a traffic-restricted area filled with restaurants, cafés and shops.
Juliet’s House is just an eight-minute walk away, and the Arena can be reached in around eleven minutes. From Porta Nuova station, the residence is about a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute bus ride. Airport shuttles run to the station every 20 minutes; alternatively, a taxi will take you to the apartment in approximately 15 minutes.
Several university departments are only five minutes away on foot. Other campuses across the city are easily reached using Verona’s efficient public transport network.
Renovated in 2026, the apartment retains the character of its original interiors, including exposed beams and period parquet flooring. Its 50 m² feature a spacious studio with a sleeping area, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry area and a kitchenette. A third bed can also be set up in the dining area.

The ZTL is only separated from us by the Ponte Navi bridge in front of our house: one minute to the tourist area, five minutes to Juliet's house, and ten minutes to the Verona Arena. The University and the Roman Theatre, however, remain on this side of the bridge.
