The Roccamaggiore Residence is situated in an ancient 16th-century palace, located in the peaceful Veronetta neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from Piazze delle Erbe. The palace still retains all of its beauty, enhanced by recent restoration work that followed conservative criteria and the use of organic materials to faithfully pass down the architectural structure's characteristics. The external loggia, balconies, facade decorations, and internal frescoes in some apartments make the Roccamaggiore Residence an ideal place to spend your holidays immersed in the suggestive atmosphere of Verona's city center.

We had a great time at Residenza Roccamaggiore hosted by Nicola. The recently renovated apartment is located in a XVI century building. The walls up high, as seen in some photos, still bear traces of fresco decorations. The ceiling is made of wooden beams and the French door of the small balcony overlooking the street, from the outside is framed by pilasters and capitals in low relief in my opinion of great value and taste. For lovers of beauty, it is truly a special place because it has all the conveniences of a modern apartment (air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi) combined with the elegance and sobriety of the Renaissance style. Nicola is a very kind host. He strives to meet the needs of his guests, providing them with support, help, and all kinds of information. Verona is truly a beautiful city and being able to return in the evening to a comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming home, just steps away from everything, helps make your stay an experience to remember with great pleasure. Highly recommended.

I gave the highest ratings because the location is enviable, far from chaos yet only a 2-minute walk from Piazza delle Erbe. The cleanliness is perfect and the management by Nicola is pleasant. There is even an app that allows you to open the main gate in a contact-free manner. In short, the only place I would go back to in Verona. 10 out of 10 well-deserved!
