Residenza Montecchi is located in the center of Verona, a few steps from Ponte Pietra and the Roman Theatre where the first settlement of the city was built on Colle San Pietro.
Crossing the river Adige we enter the pedestrian area and we arrive in Piazza delle Erbe, heart and fulcrum of the city since Roman times connected with the Piazza dei Signori, the courtyard of La Ragione with its wonderful Scala and the Chapel of the Notaries.
Here you will find the Torre dei Lamberti, the highest monument of the city with a breathtaking view.
At the end of Piazza delle Erbe we meet Via Cappello that accompanies us to the most famous balcony in the world " Juliet’s Balcony "
Continuing in Via Mazzini you arrive at the foot of the Roman Amphitheater "Arena di Verona " known worldwide for its operas and concerts.
Our furnished apartments are equipped with every comfort, independent bathroom, air conditioning, independent heating, kitchenette, safe, wifi and television.

The rooms were spacious and quiet in a very classic building just outside of the old city. It is an easy walk into the old city center and a 20 minute walk to the main train station. There was a washing machine but I did not use it since air drying would have taken too long. The bathing shower was nice with a good amount of hot water.
Hostess was very friendly and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Eleonora was very helpful in arranging access for us. The property was clean. It was very close to the city centre and public transport. Would like to come back.

La gentilezza di Eleonora la sua disponibilità, la chiarezza delle informazioni, rendono speciale questo soggiorno. La struttura è semplice ma pulita e in ordine. La dotazione base in cucina è arricchita da macchinetta espresso e qualche cialda di caffè e non mancano nemmeno le bustine di zucchero.
La posizione è vincente nella zona più antica di Verona, a due passi da ponte pietra e teatro romano. Grazie di tutto.

Appartamento in una posizione comodissima a 10 minuti dal centro di Verona; un po' caldo (ma abbiamo soggiornato in giornate arrivate a 40°C) e un po' rumoroso perché su strada (quello in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi). La gestrice è stata estremamente disponibile e tempestiva nel gestire un piccolo problema indipendente dalla struttura. Molto consigliato.

Appartamentini molto carini a due passi dal centro di Verona. Ottime dotazioni interne (macchinetta per caffè espresso con relative cialde, lavatrice e addirittura asse e ferro da stiro. Ragazza alla reception cortese e disponibile. Unica pecca, almeno per l'appartamento in cui sono stato, il lavello del bagno che impiegava molto a far scendere l'acqua e anche il box doccia non mi è sembrato ben sigillato durante la doccia. Pecca invece a livello generale scarsa insonorizzazione a partire dalle finestre. Comunque lo consiglio.

BB carinissimo al centro di Verona. Un'accoglienza perfetta con staff molto gentile e disponibile nel fornirti tante informazioni sulla città. Praticamente al centro, ci si muove a piedi e si è vicino a tutto.

L'appartamento è grazioso, ampio, pulito, ma soprattutto in una posizione ottima per visitare il centro di questa bellissima città. Accoglienza super gentile, anche la nostra cagnolina è stata la benvenuta.

Fin dal check-in abbiamo avuto la sensazione di scarsa disponibilità da parte del gestore. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare la camera mezz'ora dopo, abbiamo ricevuto un categorico no.
Letto matrimoniale comodo, divano letto scomodo. La camera è rumorosa, gli infissi non danno un buon isolamento acustico, visto che la strada è di passaggio.
Appartamento comodo negli spazi.
Impossibile parcheggiare in zona se non in un parcheggio a pagamento, tariffa 20 euro al giorno. Rapporto qualità prezzo basso.

Pregi: posizione vicino al centro, check in semplice e cortese, ottima pulizia. Appartamento in palazzo elegantemente ristrutturato
Difetti: ubicazione lungo una strada trafficata, quindi abbastanza rumorosa. In bagno manca qualsiasi mobile dove appoggiare asciugamani o beauty case. Termosifoni non funzionanti perfettamente. Mancanza di parcheggio gratuito in zona.

Struttura a 150 m da Ponte Pietra attraversato il quale si accede al centro storico, cuore pulsante della città di Verona. Il gestore Matteo e suo papà Dino gentilissimi e super disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Appartamenti spaziosi e puliti. Struttura molto graziosa in una bellissima zona di Verona.
A pochissimi minuti dal centro storico, con ampie possibilità di parcheggio considerando di trovarsi in centro città, e a pochi passi dall'Adige in un punto in cui la vista sulle Torricelle toglie il fiato.
L'appartamento è molto curato, anche nei dettagli, come quello dello specchio illuminato nella toilette, e la pulizia è impeccabile.
Sandro, il proprietario, è molto cordiale e disponibile. Un'appartamento così si può dire che è all'altezza della bellezza della città in cui si trova.

Siamo stati alla Residenza Montecchi con mio marito sia per lavoro che per turismo. Siamo stati molto bene. Pulizia e confort in una sapiente gestione ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. L'appartamento è molto bello e full optional con un ottimo wiFi gratuito utilissimo per organizzare il mio lavoro.
La macchinetta del caffè a cialde è stata un toccasana.
La struttura è in una posizione invidiabile a due passi dal centro storico ma ancora con quel sapore per nulla turistico. Molti localini e ottime trattorie nelle vicinanze. La gentilezza e la competenza di Sandro ci ha fatto stare molto bene.
Che dire sicuramente ci ritorneremo e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Ho trovato l'appartamento dei Pappagalli veramente carino e confortevole, arredato con gusto e ricercatezza. Il WiFi gratuito ci è servito molto. Ottima posizione e vicinanza ai monumenti e allo shopping. Sandro ci ha saputo consigliare i giusti ristoranti con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati alla Residenza Montecchi alcuni giorni in aprile con la mia compagna e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Struttura molto curata arredata bene non con cose dozzinali ed i letti soprattutto sono molto grandi. La struttura è molto pulita in ottima posIzione centrale. Il servizio e la disponibilità di Sandro sono stati impeccabili. E la macchinetta elettrica per il caffè è stata un toccasana.
Grazie ancora, ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo.
