Description
The residence features three-room apartments with Wi-Fi and Sky TV, a washer-dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a microwave, dishes, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator). It also has suites with whirlpool tubs, an ironing room, and a guest reception lounge, air conditioning, a safety deposit box, and luggage storage. Parking is available if possible, and cleaning and linen change are done weekly or as needed.

Self check-in and check-out using codes are available.

No pets are allowed, even small ones.

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Very practical and well-kept residence. Convenient internal parking if you are traveling by car (a bit tight if you have a large car, I still managed to park an Opel Zafira with a few maneuvers). Well-kept and clean room.

Spacious and welcoming apartment, equipped with all comforts. Excellent relationship with the manager. Very close to the center and all the most important artistic and historical sites.

Ho soggiornato con un gruppo di amici per 5 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appartamenti molto puliti, disponibilità di tutto in cucina e nel bagno e massima disponibilità da parte del personale della struttura. Ottima posizione, vicino al centro di Padova e alla fermata dell'autobus diretto alla stazione.

Anche con famiglia al seguito, il residence offre un servizio ottimo. Siamo arrivati in concomitanza con la festa patronale, ma abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza efficiente e massima disponibilità nonostante gli intoppi del nostro viaggio. lo consigliamo per la pulizia, la posizione e la gentilezza dello staff. La sua posizione permette di accedere al centro in un minuto. Silenzioso e accessoriato, permette una comoda permanenza anche per soste prolungate. Unico neo, se così si può dire, il wireless, non sempre accessibile. Comunque lo consigliamo vivamente e ci torneremo presto. Francesca Baldizzone.

Dalla mia votazione si può intuire che ho trovato assieme alle mie amiche un ottimo residence dove oltre alla posizione centrale abbiamo riscontrato una grande disponibilità da parte del gestore. Da consigliare spassionatamente a chi vuole soggiornare in un ambiente discreto, molto pulito e confortevole.
