The Residence Eleonora consists of themed rooms and apartments with free WiFi, parking, TV interactive with Google Cast, fresh fruit and Nespresso coffee. The property is located in the historic center of Sottomarina, almost 2 km from the center of Chioggia.
All air-conditioned and heated apartments and rooms come with bed linen and towels. The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen and, in some cases, a balcony with views of the sea or lagoon.
During the summer, generally from mid-May to mid-September, the facility offers you a changing room, umbrella and 2 sun loungers included in the price.
Our facility does not have an elevator and for safety reasons we accept children aged 6 and up.
We do not accept pets.

We spent three nights with our family during the Easter long weekend. The apartment is new, with every comfort and spotlessly clean, conveniently located for getting around and includes a parking space. The host, Alessandro, is willing to do anything to please his guests. Since we are not very young, he carried our luggage to the car. If only there were more people like him. Thank you.

Residence Eleonora is perfection in terms of cleanliness and care of the premises. I am 43 years old and have traveled a lot with my wife. We have seen many well-kept and clean places, but none like Residence Eleonora. It deserves praise in this regard, compliments to the manager.

Great experience for a long weekend. Convenient location to reach by car (no ZTL) and convenient for getting to Chioggia and continuing on to Venice with various stops, including the Lido. The property is not newly built but perfectly maintained, like new. Sea-view room facing the beach; several places nearby that nonetheless did not cause any nuisance in terms of smells or noise. The property is very well kept, rooms furnished according to different themes; ours was spacious and well equipped. Complete and high-quality amenities with details worthy of higher categories (well-stocked mini bar, coffee machine, fresh fruit, etc.). Mattress and pillows of excellent quality, very comfortable, again a rarity for properties at this price. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, which may make access to these rooms difficult for those with mobility issues. Breakfast abundant and of good quality.

One of the coolest places we've stayed. The Arnolfo itself felt like stepping into history. It was beautiful and simple. It had everything we wanted and needed. Breakfast was amazing. The host was friendly and talkative. The surrounding area was fun to explore and the nearby places to eat within walking distance were delicious. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

I would say everything was perfect. The only thing 'different' from usual is the breakfast: it is not on site, you have to step outside the property for about twenty metres. Breakfast is not a buffet but a regular bar-style service. Not a big deal and overall everything was excellent.

For a short visit to Chioggia, well suited if you are traveling by car and bicycle, because from here you can reach Chioggia's old town on foot or by bike, including the hotel's. The small B&B is quietly located in a side street directly on the picturesque quay with the small fishing boats. There is a secure storage room for bikes and with a bit of luck you can find parking almost in front of the house; otherwise the accommodation has its own spaces in a guarded parking lot within walking distance. My room was excellent, with fresh fruit, a small espresso machine and minibar, and in the bathroom amenities, including a cosmetic mirror and towels, you can feel a feminine touch. Note: there is no lift if you have a room on the upper floors. But the owner is not only very nice but also very helpful. In the small adjoining place around the corner the owner serves breakfast at the table according to choice. The selection is plentiful, more continental than 'just' Italian. I will gladly come back.

The accommodation has been completely renovated and everything is very clean. The owners are very nice and helpful. There are many additional amenities such as an espresso machine, free guarded parking and much more (see homepage). The breakfast is enormous for Italy: various cold cuts, cheese, eggs, sweet pastries, juice and more. No wishes remain unfulfilled. Drinks €5. What more could you want. In the pizza place in the building there are many pizza varieties in the evening, which also taste very good. The venue is particularly furnished and is run by the owners of the guesthouse. Everything around is great and highly recommended.

Very nice hotel located in a side street and therefore quiet. You have water on both sides. To get to the beach you only need to cross the road. Restaurants are within walking distance. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is also very good. I chose this hotel because it does not allow pets.

On arrival be sure to enter the hotel name and not the address, because due to the location you cannot reach it directly. Otherwise the room is ok and nice. Everything was relatively new. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. For a longer stay it would not be suitable for us, but for 2-3 nights totally great. The beach is reachable on foot in 5 minutes. It is also great that at the associated beach section there is a lockable beach hut with sunbeds and umbrellas included. A parking space is also included.

Great service (Nespresso machine in the room, beach loungers with lockable hut, free bike rental, etc.) and very nice hosts. We enjoy coming here. The good mattress and comfortable pillow are particularly worth mentioning - you sleep wonderfully! It was a wonderful vacation.

This place is superb. My partner and I had a wonderful room with a balcony and sea view. Cleanliness and services were impeccable, such as the in-room coffee kit and fresh fruit, the safe, the air conditioning and the Wi-Fi. Also, the parking is practically in front, covered and guarded, included in the room rate. We also had the beach service, always included in the price. The hosts are excellent, truly outstanding. Breakfast and their pizzeria are also great, with the option to dine there and excellent pizza. When I return to Sottomarina you will always be my choice. Many thanks.

A wonderful and very centrally located (yet quiet) accommodation. The private beach area,the parking and the option to rent bicycles complete the package perfectly. It was unfortunately too hot for us to use the gym. We'll try that next time! Charming breakfast service and the on-site pizzeria make Residence Eleonora something truly special. We felt very comfortable as a family with two children and will definitely come back.

Nice property, not on the beach but still 200 meters from the sea. The room had new furniture and was clean. There is no sea view because the building is in a small alley in Chioggia surrounded by other buildings. This lack is largely offset by the services offered: parking, the possibility to use bikes, an umbrella with cabin, deckchairs, a small table and chairs. The owner was kind and helpful. The only thing to improve, in my opinion, is the breakfast, both sweet and savory, which did not have a very wide selection. The owner's partner who serves at the tables was also kind and helpful. Other things to note in the room: the minibar, well stocked and with reasonably priced products, the coffee and tea machine and fresh fruit. The replacement of towels, bed and bin was quick and impeccable. It seems unnecessary to say that we had a very good stay and, if we have the opportunity, we will definitely return.

The room we had was a bit small but beautiful and brand new. The hosts were very kind, location 2 steps from the sea and 15 minutes on foot from the center of Chioggia. Right in front of the structure facing the lagoon side, you can admire the sunset... spectacular! Recommended rooms with balconies overlooking the lagoon.

We returned again this year to the residence Eleonora, it is located in the historical part of Sottomarina. Walking along the alley, you have a wonderful view of the lagoon while on the opposite side you can see the historic walls. Rooms completely new and well furnished, impeccable cleanliness. Kind and helpful managers, well-stocked breakfast. We will return soon!

Great place. Secured parking maybe 100m from the facility. On the beach, there is a box/house for your own things, sun umbrella, sunbeds, and shower, and all this in the price. Very comfortable bed. 1st class service, very clean and fresh fruits delivered daily. Nice, polite, and helpful owners. I recommend breakfasts because they are delicious and worth every cent. The manager is prepared and polite, but let's say not very expansive and smiling, so... very dry. Clean structure, consistent with the description it gives of itself. Unfortunately, breakfast is not in the building, but in the tiny pizzeria nearby. Breakfast with a tiny, little varied buffet served by the wife... The environment is really small, about 6 tiny tables stuck together and very, too hot. We pointed it out because the heat was really annoying, but the owner replied that she could do nothing else, that the air conditioning was on...(it was neither seen nor heard)... When in our opinion it would have been enough to keep the sliding door or the adjacent door open... All in all, it was average, from a 4-star I would have expected more.

This residence is a gem: the brand new rooms are decorated with great taste and attention to detail, the Nespresso coffee machine with an assortment of capsules and the fruit basket give an immediate sense of familiarity. Impeccable cleanliness, I have never seen such a clean place. Breakfast with high-quality products, even bread made by them. The lady who serves breakfast is very kind and very nice, making you feel welcome. What can I say, if there had been a free room, we would have extended our stay because we really felt good but we will definitely return.

The parking, supervised at night, is a nice convenience and is included in the price. The combination of "room - equipped beach" in a quality beach establishment, included in the price, is a very interesting proposal. Daily cleaning of the room was very appreciated. One complementary note: every morning the supply of seasonal fresh fruit in the room was renewed, available for guests.

I spent the week of Ferragosto at Residence Eleonora, a well-organized structure, a very comfortable room that was always clean. The package includes a parking space, a private dressing room with sunbeds and an umbrella, with the possibility of having lunch on the beach, a table and chairs. There is an excellent pizzeria and rotisserie just a few meters from the structure. The owner, very kind and courteous, also gave us the opportunity to use bicycles for transportation. Our stay lasted only 2 nights but it was perfect. The residence is located in a small street in a very quiet area with easy access to the beach. Each room is characterized by a theme and everything is taken care of in detail. Fresh fruit is available every day, impeccable cleanliness of the premises, hand soap and shower are available in the dispensers useful for reducing plastic bottles. Breakfast is served in the pizzeria, where you can also have dinner, managed by the owners with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes. Unfortunately we were here only for a week. What can I say... it was a perfect vacation. The hotel's location in a narrow alley, but from our room with a beautiful view of the harbor and the beach. The organization in a sophisticated and perfect system. The room was spotless and furnished with great attention to detail. There was everything we needed. Also, the breakfast at the hotel's pizzeria was abundant and of high quality. In addition, a secure parking, sun loungers and wooden huts on the beach, fresh fruit every day... what more could you want? Close to everything, the sea and the city center, with restaurants and shops nearby. The parking is close (across the street) and convenient, and given the area, it enhances the rating to praise. Just to find a flaw, perhaps the breakfast is repetitive, the same range of products every day, but it is plentiful so in the end every day you can eat something different.

We stayed for 5 nights at Alessandro and his wife's place at Residence Eleonora. This beautiful, small boutique hotel stands out for its super new rooms that leave nothing to be desired! A good bed included. The hotel service is excellent! A secured parking lot 50m from the hotel is available to guests, Alessandro personally shows where it is and helps with luggage. In the morning, his wife greets every guest for breakfast in the hotel's pizzeria and serves at the table. Breakfast is definitely worth the money, you can't go wrong! In the evening, the whole family can be found in the pizzeria. We found the pizzas really delicious and the value for money is great at under 10€! The hotel also rents out bicycles and during the summer months provides guests with a beach umbrella and sun loungers, which is a real bonus considering the daily beach prices. Our room (Vasca) has been newly renovated, with a dreamy bathroom. All in all, we can only recommend this gem! And last but not least, we can only thank Alessandro's family from the bottom of our hearts for everything. You are great and we will come back next year. We will find a date! Jessica and Jan.

An absolutely lovely room with balcony and a large bathroom! Very clean and quite new. Tastefully and lovingly decorated! A few steps to the beach with colorful bathing cabins - equipped with 2 sunbeds and 2 armchairs - nice! Bicycle for borrowing - free! Pizzeria right next door (owner of the landlord of the apartments) where breakfast is also served. We ate pizza 2 times - very good! 8 euro Quattro Formaggio. Covered and locked parking! Small grocery store around the corner - very affordable.

The structure is beautiful, the themed rooms have a very refined design and are impeccable, the bathroom is huge and complete with everything. The manager is very kind and always present, the fresh fruit in the room every day is an unbeatable plus. The beach area is very well organized with a cabin, a table and 2 chairs for lunch, an umbrella and 2 deck chairs + 2 armchairs, with the bracelet you can open everything, the beach is very well maintained, always clean. The breakfast is abundant and fresh, in the evening the opportunity to eat a delicious pizza. What more could you want? Just more days off to extend the stay!

Alessandro, Chiara and their team are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was rich and good. We had a pleasant stay in this great hotel. The rooms are very clean, newly renovated and modernly furnished. Bicycles and beach chairs/sunbeds were provided free of charge. There is a delicious breakfast every day for a small additional fee. The owners are very friendly and try to fulfill every wish. We arrived early at 10 and immediately had access to our very nice clean room with good working air conditioning and wifi, and we also had access already at that time to our beach cabin. Very friendly receptionist. We loved having the use of the very good bicycles, a fresh fruit basket every day, a coffee/tea machine, and a mini fridge in the room. On the day of check out, we were told we could still use the beach cabin with chairs and leave the car in the parking lot for the rest of the day, all this with no extra costs! Very much appreciated! We will definitely come back!

One of the most complete facilities here in Sottomarina. Beach complete with one umbrella, two sunbeds, one cabin, one table with two chairs already inside the living room. Sky in the room to enjoy sports and cinema. Very quiet place to rest with a beautiful sea view and balcony. Convenient parking space given the difficulty of parking on weekends. Great holiday, strategic location for the sea and to visit Chioggia center, the rear view over the harbor is very romantic to marvel at the sunset, but you don't hear any noises or bad smells. I didn't give the maximum to the structure only because the room is not very large. Excellent offer of services included in the price: cabin and umbrella with sunbeds on the beach, fresh fruit every day (very much appreciated), complimentary coffee pod set, parking space for the car located on the way between the beach and the room. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is located in a perfect position: beaches on one side and a walk along the port on the other.
