A new property featuring 4 spacious double rooms, each with a fridge and a coffee/tea station.

Each room has a large bathroom with a waterfall shower and a private terrace.

The Perla room can be converted into a triple room with an extra comfortable single bed.

The property is reserved for adults (aged 14 and over) to ensure guests enjoy complete relaxation.

The rooftop terrace, featuring a seasonal sky pool and jacuzzi, offers a 180° view of Lake Garda.

Breakfast is available on request for a fee: served in your room during the low season and in the event of bad weather, or on the terrace during the summer, from 8. 00 am to 9. 00 am. Breakfast can also be served in your room (room service) from 9. 00 am to 10. 00 am for an additional charge.

Free public parking is available nearby.

Pets are not permitted.

Bicycle storage is available on request.

Great property a few steps from the lake and a 5-10 minute walk from the historic center. The owner and the lady in charge of breakfast were very kind and helpful. The room was very nice, with a large terrace and lake view. On the third floor there is a pool and a hot tub with a beautiful view. Impeccably clean. I would gladly return!

This is a wonderful place for a quiet getaway! We were impressed by the facilities, cleanliness, and quality of service. Jessica was wonderful, always smiling and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The terrace in the room and the rooftop pool with jacuzzi completed the experience. Top quality! I highly recommend it!

Jessica was a wonderful lady who looked after us very well. The owner, Claudia, was welcoming and was only a call away if needed. Rooms were spotless, well equipped and comfortable. The terrace was large but needed more privacy screening for the jacuzzi. Views from the roof terrace were stunning and the honesty bar was a nice touch. Bring euros in cash.

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. The breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. There was always fresh fruit, rolls, yogurt, muesli, chocolate croissants. The eggs were prepared as requested, whether boiled or scrambled. The view was truly a dream. Our room was very clean and we didn't miss anything. We used the pool and sun loungers on the rooftop every day. It's always clean there too. You can't swim, but the pool is perfect for dipping and cooling off. We will gladly come back.

Beautiful building. The rooftop terrace with the small pool is nice and a perfect place for relaxing. The host was lovely and the room was clean, cozy and spacious. 10/10 also the bathroom. Very recommended.
