The structure is brand new and there are many comforts such as clean towels, coffee machine, kettle, water, bathroom products (shampoo etcetera), hairdryer. The area is quiet, but the location is not very central.

We occupied both rooms of the apartment as a group of four and felt very comfortable. The best part was the air conditioning, which provided us with wonderfully cool rooms after a day of sightseeing in Verona at 38°C! Everything is very clean, there are Nespresso coffee machines with capsules, very useful in the morning, even though we did not use the rest of the kitchen at all. There is a small safe in the wall, 3 towels for each person, shower gel, shampoo, etc. available in the floor-to-ceiling showers. Very quiet neighborhood (although we were only here from Friday to Sunday), the apartment is located on the first floor of a typical Italian apartment block. Free parking is just around the corner on the street. You can reach the center on foot in about 25 minutes, although the route is not really idyllic (along a road without a sidewalk), but the historic center makes up for it and we actually took the car to the Arena and parked nearby. We would book here again anytime 😊.

We stayed one night in the superior room. The room is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The bathroom is also very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Special mention to the environmentally conscious and waste-free managers: excellent choice to avoid single-use soaps replaced with a wide selection of soap and shampoo dispensers.

It was a nice discovery! The room and the bathroom were perfect and new. I really appreciated the fact that the doors opened with a web app... very technological! The manager was very helpful on Whatsapp for any need. I had to go to a conference nearby so the location was perfect.

Brand new structure, offering various comforts, but with an excellent quality/price ratio. 'Strategic' location as it is located near the station, therefore easy and quick to reach. Very friendly, cordial, kind manager always available for anything. Impeccable cleanliness and excellent choice of products available. If I were to return to Verona, I would already know where to stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a quiet area of Verona, close to the stadium, very well served by public transport. The apartment is very clean, with a super-equipped kitchen, two large TV screens. The bathroom, with a very comfortable shower, is small (no bidet). But the real quality of the B&B is the kindness and availability of the owners, capable of providing help and assistance beyond what one can imagine.
