A pleasant stroll along the Lungadige leads in just a few minutes to the city's architectural and artistic wonders, such as the Arena, the Basilica of San Zeno, and the famous Juliet's balcony.
The ground-floor apartment features an independent entrance from the street and has been designed to offer modern comforts and sustainability: it operates independently from fossil fuels. The spaces are air-conditioned and well-organized. The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, a 40-inch smart TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed, including a microwave, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine, and dishware. The spacious bedroom comes with ample wardrobes, while the bathroom features a large shower and all essentials. A convenient washer/dryer is located in the entrance area. A crib for infants is also available upon request.
Outside, a private area provides a relaxing corner and the option to store bicycles. The house is sanitized with a professional ozone generator after each stay. Free parking is available along the street.
