The highlight of the property is the garden, a tropical retreat featuring an outdoor hot tub, enveloped by lush plants that offer privacy and tranquility. It’s a peaceful oasis perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area.

The location is ideal: the Quarto d’Altino train station is just a five-minute walk away, allowing guests to reach Venice in only twenty minutes. By car, the same distance separates the guest house from the beaches of Jesolo, providing various opportunities to enjoy both the lagoon and the sea.

Guests value the helpful welcome, excellent cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere, with tasteful décor, plenty of plants and a garden. The jacuzzi is a welcome extra after a day of sightseeing. The carefully prepared, distinctive breakfast did not appeal to everyone for the price. Some guests find the location convenient, including for its proximity to the station.

New structure, very well maintained, clean and furnished in a particular exotic style, with large and small plants a bit everywhere that "live" with the house itself. A very welcome plus is the small whirlpool jacuzzi, which is always very pleasant at the end of the day. Breakfast not to our liking for the cost (7€ per person) but still very well maintained and unique.
