In Venice in Historic Center there are Two pretty apartments in a nice little palace with three floors.
Two delightful apartments in a modern three-storey building, located in the historic center of Venice just 3 minutes from the railway station and Piazzale Roma, 10 minutes from Rialto with its market, 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco.
The area is full of restaurants and cheap places frequented by Venetians, just in the immediate vicinity there is a great pastry ideal for those who want to make a breakfast where you can also buy bread or a snack without too many engagements, most recently in there is a characteristic "Bacaro" called La Rivetta where they serve "Cicchetti" and wine, for those who want to live and breathe the air of the Venetians. The area is also served by a well-stocked supermarket coop and a self-service laundry.
The main lines of public transport (Vaporettos) are located within 3 minutes walking from the apartments.

The apartments are equipped with a heating system for cold months and air conditioning for the warmer months.

Nice apartment of 60 sqm.
The apartment is located on the first floor, it consists of a large living room / dining room furnished with a sofa with four seats, bedside table with lamp, a low chest of drawers, dining table for four people, satellite television, air conditioning.
The kitchen is well stocked and complete a four-burner gas cooker, fridge with mini freezer compartment, electric car maker Mat, microwave, pots, pans, glassware various, cups, cutlery, corkscrew, coffee maker, sandwich maker, table. In addition, the apartment is an iron with relative table.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning, double bed separable into two single beds (on request), a chest of drawers with lamp, a wardrobe, two bedside tables with abat-jour and a mirror.
The bathroom consists of a dressing room in which there is a sink with mirror and a hairdryer, while in the bathroom is the shower, a bidet and a toilet.
The apartment can accommodate from 1 to 2 people.

Spacious apartment of 90 square meters on the second and third floor of the building Ca' Gioiosa.
The apartment has a large living room-dining room / kitchen, furnished with a double sofa bed, nightstand with lamp, a low chest of drawers, a library, a dining table for four people, tv satellite TV, air conditioning.
The kitchen is well stocked and complete a four-burner gas grill, mini fridge with freezer compartment, Toaster, American electric car maker, microwave, pots, glasses, Flatware, corkscrew, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning, furnished with a double bed consists of two twin beds (on request), a chest of drawers with lamp, a wardrobe, two bedside tables with abat-jour, a mirror and a chair that converts into a single bed.

It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment, could not be any better in Venice. The host picked me up close to the railway station, explained everything about the neighbourhood and was available via whatsapp constantly.
The apartment is amazing! 5 min walk from the train station, pasticceria, supermarket, taverns and even a self service laundry just within minutes to reach. The host is so gentle and welcoming, reachable within minutes which made me feel super comfortable.

An amazing location and wonderful personal attention from the host, Andrea. He was so friendly and helpful. The flat had everything we needed and meant we had a very comfortable stay. I would have no hesitation recommending it. The only reason I did not give a 10 score for everything was because there was no wifi and I would have preferred a duvet to sheets and blankets.

The apartment is close to train station, clean and tidy. Andrea is a very nice host and provided useful tips for my travel. He also acceded to my request to check out later which was very nice! Highly recommended!

It was really nice to meet Andrea, who picked us at the train station, showed us the apartment and gave us useful tips about Venice. The apartment was clean and spacious, the balcony was a highlight for me. It is quite close to the train station and really central. Supermarkets and good restaurants are also nearby. I would definitely stay again there.

Stay at Andrea's place was wonderful. The house are really great; the neighborhood it's a great location to by away from massive tourist places and have true venetians places all around. Andrea is a nice personne who take the time to explains everything and very disposal to help if you need it. I will repeat without hesitation.

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, bien equipado, y muy limpio. Las camas son cómodas.
El anfitrión es muy atento, guardó nuestro equipaje hasta el horario de check-in, luego nos contó la historia del lugar y nos marcó en un mapa todas las recomendaciones que pudo darnos.

Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole, comodissimo per la stazione, situato in una zona molto servita (bacari, ristoranti, pasticcerie, lavanderia...) e a pochi passi da molti punti di interesse storico e artistico (ad es: la Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista). Molto apprezzato il terrazzino con vista sui tetti sul quale abbiamo cenato piacevolmente. Il proprietario è estremamente gentile e disponibile e, in quanto grande conoscitore di Venezia e della sua storia, ci ha fornito molte informazioni utili e interessanti sulla città. Sicuramente torneremo appena ci sarà la possibilità. Grazie Andrea!

Piccolo appartamento confortevole con ampio bagno. Veramente comoda la posizione: in zona tranquilla a pochi passi dalla stazione, ottimo bar di fronte, buoni ristoranti e anche un market nelle immediate vicinanze. Base ideale per fermarsi a Venezia qualche giorno senza svenarsi. Posizione ottimale, zona ben servita e tranquilla. Bar di fronte, supermercato a pochi metri e diversi locali nelle immediate vicinanze fanno di questo appartamento il posto ideale per calarsi nel vero clima veneziano. Proprietario gentile e disponibile ci ha dato ottimi consigli su tutto. Consigliatissimo. Se dovessimo tornare a Venezia confermerei senz'altro la scelta su questa soluzione.

Ho soggiornato con mia mamma e i miei due figli per due notti. Il signor Andrea è stato molto disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento è in una posizione perfetta: a pochi minuti dalla stazione e comodo per raggiungere i posti di maggiore interesse. Consigliatissimo.

Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile, ha fornito molti suggerimenti pratici (dove mangiare) e ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie al nostro arrivo prima dell'orario di check-in e ci ha permesso di lasciare l'alloggio con calma oltre orario di check out (ovviamente nn avendo altri ospiti da inserire) appartamento comodissimo in zona stazione e dalla fermata dei battelli. Speriamo di tornare per il carnevale!

Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità, il gentilissimo Sig. Andrea (gestore) ha avuto la pazienza di indicarci percorsi, luoghi da visitare e ottimi locali dove mangiare ad ottimi prezzi, la casa è situata in ottima posizione, molto vicina a svariati punti di interesse e ai mezzi pubblici, la pulizia era impeccabile, molto spaziosa, accogliente e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno.
Consigliatissimo.

Gestore simpatico, gentile e disponibile. Struttura pulita e logisticamente comoda, a nemmenonuna decina di minuti dalla stazione, vicino ad un supermercato e a buoni luoghi di ristoro. In pochi passi si é già nel pieno del centro storico e affacciandosi si respira già la magica bellezza di Venezia!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo; il posto è centrale, confortevole e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per una piacevole vacanza. L'appartamento è tenuto molto bene, luminosissimo, con mobili nuovi, letti comodi, tende carine, forno a microonde, stoviglie. Il bagno è organizzato bene, dotato anche di bidet, doccia con cabina e ampia finestra. Il tutto ben pulito e curato nei dettagli. I doppi vetri garantiscono un assoluto silenzio in casa, dalle cui finestre si possono osservare i turisti che vanno e vengono, l'edicola e un bel ponticello su un canaletto. Il proprietario fornisce anche una base per la cucina (olio, sale, aceto) che noi non abbiamo usato perché siamo rimasti solo per un week end, ma che può essere utile. Nelle vicinanze ci sono pizzerie, ristoranti, minimarket, pasticcerie. Era bello tornare alla struttura dopo una giornata in giro, come tornare a casa propria. Lo stiamo già consigliando ad amici e colleghi, qualcuno arriverà.
