In Venice in Historic Center there are Two pretty apartments in a nice little palace with three floors.
Two delightful apartments in a modern three-storey building, located in the historic center of Venice just 3 minutes from the railway station and Piazzale Roma, 10 minutes from Rialto with its market, 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco.
The area is full of restaurants and cheap places frequented by Venetians, just in the immediate vicinity there is a great pastry ideal for those who want to make a breakfast where you can also buy bread or a snack without too many engagements, most recently in there is a characteristic "Bacaro" called La Rivetta where they serve "Cicchetti" and wine, for those who want to live and breathe the air of the Venetians. The area is also served by a well-stocked supermarket coop and a self-service laundry.
The main lines of public transport (Vaporettos) are located within 3 minutes walking from the apartments.

The apartment is in an excellent location, located near the S. Lucia train station, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We had a great time, the apartment was clean, in an excellent location to reach the train station and the vaporetto. There is a nice pastry/bakery under the house. The owner Andrea is very helpful and kind. If we return and are lucky enough to find availability, we will come back to him.

Lovely, well equipped apartment, in a convenient location (a short walk from Piazzale Roma and from the station). The neighborhood is quiet, laid back, and from it it is easy to reach all main sites of interest in Venice. A great bakery with delicious pastries for breakfast is just outside the door, and good options for lunch/dinner are all nearby. Kind and helpful host. Highly recommended.

Apartment true to the description and photos. Comfortable place with all the services. As for the location, it was exactly what we were looking for. We stayed 3 nights in Venice. This apartment was simple but quite spacious with 2 bedrooms and a small rooftop patio and very clean. It was very convenient to the train station, buses at Piazzale Roma and the Grand Canal. Easy to walk to the rest of Venice. Andrea was very helpful including recommendations for restaurants, groceries, etc. There is no wifi and there are a lot of stairs. I would stay here again.

But regarding the fact that there is no wifi, it is clearly written on the site and out of fear that you hadn't seen it, in the quote I sent you, I warned you that there was no wifi. As for the many stairs it is only for the apartment which has the roof terrace and it is only two flights of stairs (3 for those who want to go up to the terrace). Unfortunately, in old houses with historical constraints like mine, elevators cannot be built. The beauty of Venice is also this. Kindest Regards.

The apartment Palazzina Ca' Gioiosa and its owner Mr. Andrea welcomed us pleasantly. The accommodation is in a strategic position very close to the station, a bit far from the center but in a few minutes you can reach any area. Clean and functional accommodation, there is everything you need to live in the house, but there was no need because thanks to the owner's advice we managed to eat well outside the home spending little. Fortunately, we did not choose to stay outside Venice, the areas outside Venice are unsafe and not economical at all, by choosing Ca Gioiosa we both saved money and enjoyed the city even during the night hours without any danger. To be recommended to anyone.

It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment, could not be any better in Venice. The host picked me up close to the railway station, explained everything about the neighbourhood and was available via WhatsApp constantly. The apartment is amazing! 5 min walk from the train station, pastry shop, supermarket, taverns and even a self-service laundry just within minutes to reach. Spacious and bright apartment, equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, very convenient for the station, located in a highly serviced area (bacari, restaurants, pastry shops, laundry...) and a few steps from many points of historical and artistic interest (such as the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista). The little terrace with a view over the rooftops, where we had a pleasant dinner, was greatly appreciated. I copy and paste a comment from April because everything is said in it! The apartment is well located, close to the train station and vaporetto access, and the neighborhood is pleasant. The view from the bedroom window is a real postcard! The decoration is a bit "vintage" but the apartment is clean, functional, and the bed very comfortable. Andrea, the owner, is friendly and helpful, he came to greet us at the station and gave us tips for visiting the city and good restaurant recommendations. We were very happy with our stay.

Great! Very comfortable apartment, large bathroom with window. Very close to the station, public transportation, and all the points of interest to visit. Great bar for breakfast in front and super helpful owner who gave us lots of advice. Thanks again!

An amazing location and wonderful personal attention from the host, Andrea. He was so friendly and helpful. The flat had everything we needed and meant we had a very comfortable stay. I would have no hesitation recommending it. The only reason I did not give a 10 score for everything was because there was no wifi and I would have preferred a duvet to sheets and blankets.

Small comfortable apartment with a large bathroom. The location is really convenient: in a quiet area just a few steps from the station, great bar in front, good restaurants and even a market nearby. Ideal base to stay in Venice for a few days without breaking the bank. Extremely kind and helpful owner: a true Venetian and archaeologist, he will advise you on every aspect of your visit.

It was really nice to meet Andrea, who picked us up at the train station, showed us the apartment and gave us useful tips about Venice. The apartment was clean and spacious, the balcony was a highlight for me. It is quite close to the train station and very central. Supermarkets and good restaurants are also nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is well located, close to the train station and vaporetto access, and the neighborhood is pleasant. The view from the bedroom window is like a postcard! The decoration is a bit 'vintage' but the apartment is clean, functional, and the bed very comfortable. Andrea, the owner, is friendly and available; he came to welcome us at the station and gave us tips to visit the city and good restaurant recommendations. We were very happy with our stay.

Optimal location, well-served and quiet area. Very helpful and kind owner, provided many practical suggestions (where to eat) and allowed us to leave our luggage upon our arrival before the check-in time and to leave the accommodation calmly beyond the check-out time (of course, not having other guests to accommodate). Stay at Andrea's place was wonderful. The house is really great; the neighborhood is a great location to be away from massive tourist places and have true Venetian places all around. The apartment is very well located, well equipped, and very clean. The beds are comfortable. We had a great time; the place is central, comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant vacation. The apartment is very well maintained, very bright, with new furniture, comfortable beds, nice curtains, microwave, dishes. The bathroom is well organized, also equipped with bidet, shower cabin and large window. Everything is very clean and detailed. The double glazing ensures absolute silence at home, from whose windows you can see the tourists coming and going, the newsstand and a beautiful little bridge over a canal. The owner also provides a base for the kitchen (oil, salt, vinegar) that we did not use because we stayed only for a weekend, but it can be useful. Nearby there are pizzerias, restaurants, minimarkets, pastry shops. It was nice to return to the property after a day out, like returning to your own home. We are already recommending it to friends and colleagues, some will come.
