We had a wonderful stay at Osakasamia with Maria and Claudio. The two are friendly, helpful, and open-minded. They gave us many tips and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Both the bedroom and the bathroom and living room are very clean. We felt very comfortable. The connection to Venice couldn't be better, only 20 minutes by train from the nearby Spinea train station. Absolutely recommendable!

Splendid choice! I would like to recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone planning to stay in the Venice area and surroundings. Cozy, very clean, well-equipped, well-located, exceptional breakfast, friendly, professional, courteous, nice, and multilingual hosts. Maria Grazia is the perfect "dominus" of the house, but absolutely not to be overlooked is the homemade bread by Claudio. You won't regret it.

I stayed at Osakasamia from January 17th to 23rd. The structure is really nice and very comfortable, close to the Spinea station and a stone's throw from a beautiful park worth visiting and spending time in. The managers are impeccable, always available, friendly, respectful, and welcoming. I had a truly unforgettable experience, and the conversations during breakfast were a real help. I felt at home, and I will gladly return in the future. Giovanni.

This is such a lovely place to stay. Wonderful hosts Maria and Claudio were making everything to make my stay just remarkable. When I arrived, they had everything ready, map and ticket to go to Venice. The bus stop is just 3 minutes walk and it takes just 20 minutes (by one bus) to get to Venice. They were so helpful, they told me everything how to get where, where to get good food. I felt so pampered. The place is very clean, safe parking in front of the house, very good breakfast, nice towels and bed sheets. Spacious room. I cannot even think of a single negative thing about this place. I highly recommend this place.
