From Spinea, you can also reach the center of Bassano del Grappa, a pleasant tourist destination in Veneto, in about 50 minutes by direct train. Additionally, you can reach the historic center of Venice in about 20 minutes by bus or direct train, and the center of Mestre in just 10 minutes by bus or train.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Maria und Claudio.
Die beiden sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Sie haben uns viele Tipps gegeben und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Sowohl Schlafzimmer als auch Bad- und Wohnzimmer sind sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Auch die Anbindung nach Venedig könnte besser nicht sein, nur 20 Minuten mit dem Zug vom fußläufigen Bahnhof in Spinea.
Kann man absolut weiterempfehlen!

Accoglienza ottima, ci si sente a casa. Ottimo per noi che viaggiamo in compagnia dei nostri piccoli. Si ricevono mille attenzioni e con i gestori si possono svolgere piacevoli conversazioni che arricchiscono il soggiorno veneziano, e non solo!

Condizionatore perfettamente funzionante, pulizia generale impeccabile, letto comodo e zona silenziosa.

Splendida scelta! Mi permetto di consigliare questo B&B a chiunque intenda alloggiare in zona Venezia e dintorni.
Accogliente, pulitissimo, accessoriato, ben localizzato, colazione eccezionale, gestori cordiali, professionali, cortesi, simpatici e poliglotti.
Maria Grazia è la perfetta "dominus" della casa, ma assolutamente da non trascurare il pane fatto in casa da Claudio.
Non ve ne pentirete.

Ho soggiornato in quel di OsaKasaMia dal 17 al 23 di gennaio.
Struttura davvero carina e molto confortevole, vicina alla stazione di Spinea e a due passi da un bellissimo parco che vale la pena andare a vedere e spenderci del tempo.
Impeccabili i gestori, sempre disponibili, alla mano, socievoli, rispettosi e accoglienti.
Ho avuto una bella esperienza irripetibile e i dialoghi durante colazione sono stati una mano santa.
Mi sono sentito come a casa e in futuro ci tronerò volentieri.

Rundum eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit persönlichem Flair und liebenswerten, sehr bemühten Gastgebern. Ein Haus wie man es sich wünscht und nicht oft findet. Bei passender Gelegenheit werde ich sicher wiederkommen.

This is such a lovely place to stay. Wonderful host Maria & Claudio were making everything to make my stay just remarkable. When I arrived they had everything ready, map and ticket to go to Venice. Bus stop is just 3 min walk and it takes just 20 min (by one bus) to get to Venice. They were so helpful, they told me everything how to get where, where to get good food. I felt so pampered.
Place is very clean, safe parking in front the house, very good breakfast, nice towels and bed sheets. Spacious room. I cannot even think of a single negative thing about this place.
I highly recommend this place.
