Fifty steps from the Arena, in the heart of the city, overlooking the busiest pedestrian street, Via Mazzini, where the thousand windows of the most representative shops open up.

For us who live there, it is a pleasure to be part of it every day and, we see that even the tourist relaxes, settles down, enjoys this harmony. The Arena is striking, massive and equally graceful, it is feminine; then, when there is an opera or there are concerts, it transmits music to the whole square, with great generosity.

Great location to reach all the city's sites, both for sightseeing and shopping, very convenient especially for the arena if, like me, you want to go see an opera or a show, 3 minutes walk. Great soundproofing of the rooms. Rich breakfast, with fresh products every morning, both savory and sweet. The owner is helpful and very polite. Very clean with comfortable rooms. In short, I recommend it, I will definitely come back.

It took a long time to get a response and when we did they could not accommodate us as there was a festival (Vinitalia) on - it would have been much better to know this quickly so that we could make other arrangements rather than waiting to find out.
