An elevator takes you directly to the second and top floor, where the rooms, enhanced by exposed beams and wooden parquet flooring, create a warm and elegant atmosphere. The suite features air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, electric shutters on the windows, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a welcome set, and soft towels for the bathroom. There are no cleaning fees for this accommodation.

The location is strategic, well-served, and convenient for reaching the city center as well as for traveling to major destinations in the area. The train station is just 400 meters away, making it easy to visit Venice, while the bus station, located about 300 meters away, allows for easy access to Jesolo, Asolo, Valdobbiadene—famous for its Prosecco hills—and the charming historic villas nearby. The Monigo rugby stadium is 7 km away.
