The property offers three vacation apartments that have been completely renovated. They have a strategic location that makes them convenient for both walking and driving. They are situated 500 meters from the historic center and port of Peschiera and close to major services. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the apartments are on the raised ground floor of a building, while on the ground floor there is a restaurant. The coffee/bar will not be open for the 2022 season. The apartments can accommodate up to six people with a supplement of 30 euros per person beyond four. However, they can comfortably accommodate up to four people. They are equipped with all the necessary comforts such as free Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning. The kitchen is complete with major appliances, including an oven, gas stove, hood, fridge, freezer, and dishes, as well as a comfortable sofa bed and a TV with satellite channels. Only one apartment (SALVI) has a large balcony.

There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a window, shower cubicle, hairdryer, and washing machine.

Private parking is available for free to apartment guests and restaurant patrons. Additionally, the apartments come with ironing board and iron, cleaning supplies, sewing kit, first aid kit, and cleaning products.

The price includes electricity and natural gas, bed linen, and one towel set per person (face and bath towel). Final cleaning is also included. The accommodation is suitable for families.

The owner and their family live in the property, and they can be found in either the apartment or the coffee shop downstairs for any problems or information. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact them. They do not accept holiday bonuses.
