Le Finestre sul Borgo Rooms is the concrete realization of a dream, the dream of Andrea and Marisa.. you too are part of it now, for this we thank you.
The house has been completely renovated, the furniture you see inside has been painted and restored a voluntary association that helps children with disabilities and that has been working with its volunteers for many years, supporting many families in difficulty.
Every detail, from the smallest to the largest, has been designed and built with all our love and enthusiasm, to offer you a pleasant accommodation where you can breathe the positive energy that regenerates and will make you spend pleasant and relaxing moments., our desire is to make you feel at home, but with a bit of imagination and extra magic, we hope to be there again.
Surrounded by the canal, from which the Mincio River comes to life, quoting Dante Alighieri: “… As soon as the water runs to put cò / no more Benaco, but Mencius is called / up to Governol where it falls into the Po”.
The walls surrounding the historic center of Peschiera, built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a defense fortress, were included in the UNESCO register as a World Heritage Site in July 2017.

Our structure is the ideal location for a romantic holiday in a quiet and reserved environment.
The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with private bathroom, beds with reclining electric networks, hairdryer, television, kettle with tea bags, coffee and herbal teas available, fridge in the room, free WIFI.
We can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The managers will be able to provide you with the information you need as well as in Italian and in English.

Located in a beautiful area of Peschiera del Garda, right in the center and very close to restaurants, shops, and the port, the structure is cozy and carefully furnished. Small room but with everything you need. Breakfast was not included. Excellent value for money, I would definitely come back!

Relaxing weekend in a perfect structure for the occasion. The owner is very kind and caring, excellent agreements with restaurants and bars near the structure, free parking not far away. I will definitely recommend it to all my acquaintances.

The owner of the Bed and Breakfast was really nice and kind to us. She gave us a lot of tips on where we can eat something. Even though we arrived late at the hotel, we received all the information on how to find the hotel and how to get into our room. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent location in the center of Peschiera del Garda, a short distance from the lake, the ferry station, the Tourism Office, cafes and restaurants, and in the shopping area. Well-maintained structure. Comfortable room, comfortable beds. The manager is a friendly person, attentive to the guests' comfort. We had a great time.

My daughter and I stayed for 4 days: very pleasant overall, from the hospitality of the managers, to the very nice location, to the excellent position in the tourist center, despite being very close to the lakeside promenade and the walls!

We had the pleasure of staying at LE FINESTRE SUL BORGO Via Don Lenotti in Peschiera del Garda during our stay in the old town and we are absolutely thrilled with the experience. The hotel with its 4 rooms is centrally located in the heart of the picturesque old town and has completely won us over with its unique charm and the warm atmosphere of the host. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable. Located directly in the narrow streets of the old town, we could easily walk to all the sights, restaurants, and cozy cafes. The environment is quiet yet the bustling life of the nearby streets. The hotel exudes an irresistible charm and is a real gem in the old town. With only 4 rooms, it is cozy and personal, which we particularly liked. The modern decor skillfully combines the historic ambiance with contemporary comfort. The bathroom in the room was functional, stylish, and modern. It was clean, well-lit, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The shower was spacious and offered a pleasant refreshment after a busy day in the city. The hotel manager welcomed us with great warmth and made sure we felt at home from the very first moment. He was always there to help us with advice and had great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Conclusion: Our stay at LE FINESTRE SUL BORGO was a complete success. The central location in the old town, the charming atmosphere, the modern room, and the warm host couple made our city trip an unforgettable experience. We felt extremely comfortable here and would recommend the hotel without hesitation to anyone. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

You decide to go on vacation and choose a small place with few rooms and, let's admit it, at a bargain price. However, you find yourself at home, everyone is helpful, beautiful rooms, any problem just write a message, talk to the owner or the girl and they solve it for you immediately. It's like being at your own home, they give you the keys to the gate and you decide when to come back calmly. Wifi, fridge, hairdryer, luggage storage... EVERYTHING. When you come back in the evening, it's natural for you to open the gate and shout: "Mom, I'm back!"... I hope to be able to say it again in the coming years. I will definitely come back to try this beautiful experience again. Thank you very much from the Romana.

Gentile Valentina ci spiace che abbia sentito la necessità di scrivere una recensione segnalando una mancanza sulla pulizia, cosa sulla quale crediamo di investire molto tempo e cura, per questo la cosa ci colpisce maggiormente. Faremo presente alla nuova ragazza che svolge questo compito di fare maggiore attenzione alle ragnatele, a volte i ragni sono più veloci di noi ma sicuramente dovremo stare più attenti. Oggi mi segnalava, nel rifare la vostra camera, che ha dovuto passare più volte l'aspirapolvere per la presenza di moltissime briciole di biscotti sparsi un po' d'appertutto, sappiamo che quando ci sono bambini sono cose che capitano, speravamo in una maggiore elasticità proprio per il fatto che avevate due bambini e sapevate che la camera non era predisposta per quattro persone. Per questo la valutazione sulla struttura e sul prezzo ci stupisce, forse la prossima volta potreste scegliere un appartamento adatto ad una famiglia, a 170€ a notte minimo, invece di una matrimoniale con letto extra a 90€ a notte, nel centro storico di Peschiera, come nel vostro caso. Very nice host. Has his own website with recommendations on what to do in Pischiera. You get a card with discounts for restaurants and cafes nearby. There is at least one suite with a little balcony which is very nice.

The bnb is located 10 minutes walk from the train center. Beautiful village with many paths and nice restaurants. The rooms are very clean, airy, and good-sized. The host is very friendly with many recommendations. Quick to reply on WhatsApp. No breakfast is served but there are many nice cafes where you can do so. Will visit again!

Le Finestre sul Borgo is an extremely charming and lovely B&B that we can only recommend! The rooms are individually and beautifully furnished, the hosts are always eager to fulfill the wishes of their guests. You arrive and feel comfortable. Located in the old town of Peschiera del Garda, there are various restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops right outside the door. The free parking is only a few minutes' walk away, just like the Garda Lake itself. We were certainly not guests at Le Finestre sul Borgo for the last time!

The place where I stayed is very comfortable. The area is fantastic, the room rented for the short stay is equipped with all its comforts, nothing is missing. The owner of the property is very helpful, it's worth going back to Peschiera and it was a beautiful experience both for the location and for the new, comfortable and clean accommodation.

Great accommodation! No problem during the COVID-19 pandemic. The house is very clean, you have hand sanitizer and soap. Very nice people, easy contact to get all the information you need. We will surely come back.

A very, very good accommodation, exactly as described and as in the pictures. With perfect style, great effort, and a lot of love built and operated. It was fun to go to this house, in the city center. You feel at home, also because of the cleanliness, which was given great importance. Unfortunately, I do not speak Italian and English and the host does not speak German. But this was not a problem at all, as Andrea understood us perfectly and provided us with all the information, in German, in writing. This accommodation is highly recommended! We only stayed for 3 nights, but they were enough to give an excellent review to the property. Comfortable beds, careful and thorough cleaning, extremely kind and helpful owner. The bathroom was large, with a spacious and comfortable shower! Bright and functional room. If we come back to Peschiera, we will definitely stay there again because it felt like being at home! Top.

Central location evaluated by us as comfortable especially in relation to the free parking found not far from the stadium. Breakfast is not provided due to covid, but the lack is filled through a couple of agreements with bars adjacent to the B&B.

In effetti siamo stati costretti, nostro malgrado, a sospendere la colazione, gli spazi ridotti non ci permettevano di garantire il corretto distanziamento tra gli ospiti imposto dalle normative di contenimento del Covid 19. Come avrà potuto verificare abbiamo comunque adeguato i prezzi del pernottamento, eliminando il costo della colazione, che unito alle convenzioni con i bar nelle vicinanze dovrebbero aver colmato, almeno in parte, la mancanza della colazione all'interno del B&B. I can say that we stayed only one night at Le Finestre sul Borgo and we never wanted to leave! Perfect location, super cozy room and very comfortable bed, magnificent breakfast and Andrea was not just kind, he was more than that! We stayed for 4 nights at Le Finestre sul Borgo. The welcome and availability of Andrea and his wife were excellent. We really felt at home. Andrea has always been helpful and gave us great advice. Kindness and availability of the managers from the initial phone contact until the departure greetings. Maximum flexibility in meeting every need of mine. Das charmante Haus liegt inmitten der zauberhaften Altstadt von Peschiera del Garda. Von hier aus kann so gut wie alles zu Fuß erreicht werden. In der liebevoll hergerichteten Unterkunft, geführt von den sehr freundlichen Besitzern Andrea und Marisa, fand ich alles, was mein Herz begehrt! Für Sauberkeit und Frühstück unbedingt die volle Punktzahl - für alles andere aber auch! Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Posizione comodissima per chi arriva in treno e quindi poi vuole girare usando il battello o il pullman (fermate vicinissime), oppure il treno (10 minuti a piedi). In centro a peschiera per cui per cena c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta. Camere spaziose e pulitissime, gestore gentile e premuroso. Colazione non faraonica ma puoi chiedere quello che vuoi se non c'è. Ci è sembrato di sentirci a casa.
