Located in the heart of Treviso, just a short walk from Piazza dei Signori and a few minutes from the train station, we present "Manin Apartment," an elegant and comfortable accommodation that has recently been fully renovated.

The apartment's strategic location allows you to explore the best areas of the historic center on foot.

The magnificent city of Venice can be reached in just 30 minutes by train from the railway station, as well as Verona, Padua, and Vicenza, along with the stunning Dolomites in Cortina.

The apartment can accommodate up to four guests and is situated on the second floor of a building on Via Manin, near the historic Piazza Borsa, in a privileged yet peaceful area.

It features a bright living area with a modern sofa bed that includes storage and a chaise longue for maximum comfort, along with a 43" Samsung Smart TV with a Netflix subscription.

The comfortable dining table can be extended if needed, allowing you to enjoy your breakfasts, lunches, and dinners to the fullest.

The windows overlook Vicolo Rialto, a narrow street reminiscent of Venice's Rialto, lined with shops.

The kitchen is equipped with an Electrolux® induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a Samsung® microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a complete set of pots, dishes, cups, and kitchen utensils.

Additionally, there is a Nespresso® coffee machine with assorted pods and a Philips® kettle for water, complete with tea and herbal tea bags from "L'Angelica®."
The stylish and bright bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Upon your arrival, you will find thoughtfully chosen sheets, linens, and three towels of various sizes.

If there are more than two guests, the sofa bed will be prepared with the corresponding set of three towels provided for each additional guest.

If needed, you can request a crib for children, and there will also be some toys available for their entertainment.

The bathroom features a minimalist design with a modern shower enclosure with dual jets, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, and a hairdryer.

The apartment is equipped with a modern air conditioning system to ensure adequate cooling, while heating is provided by several wall radiators throughout the space.

There is high-speed Wi-Fi available, perfect for those who need to work.

A guide to the best restaurants and traditional eateries in the city is kindly provided for guests within the apartment and can also be found in the WebApp.

Connections to the cities of Venice, Verona, and Padua are available every half hour, from early morning until late at night.

Treviso Airport is just 10 minutes away from the apartment, accessible by bus from the main stop located in front of the railway station.

Upon your arrival, you will find:

- If you are two guests and need the sofa bed prepared, you must book for three guests;
- If necessary, you can request to add a crib for children.

Italian law (D. P. R. April 16, 2013, no. 74) stipulates:
- for winter heating, a maximum temperature of 20°C + 2°C tolerance for all buildings;
- for summer cooling, a temperature that should not be less than 26°C - 2°C tolerance for all buildings.
