An apartment (WITHOUT KITCHEN) located on the first floor of an elegant villa in a quiet residential area, ideal for groups or families of up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an elegant living room.
NB: The price for 4-5 people includes accommodation in 2 bedrooms, the price for 6-7 people includes accommodation in 3 bedrooms.
Self-service breakfast always included, based on packaged products.

Living room with sofas, TV with Italian and international channels + DVD player with selection of films.
The owners live on the ground floor and are always available while the entire first floor is exclusively available to guests: you won't share any space with strangers.
