The property is situated in a very strategic location as it is approximately 12 km from Verona's Valerio Catullo Airport, and only 2.0 km from Verona Porta Nuova train station, easily accessible thanks to the public transportation service offered through urban lines.

San Zeno is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Verona, offering every comfort. In particular, near Piazza Corrubbio, you will find bars, restaurants, pastry shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other shops. Every first Sunday of the month, San Zeno is also home to the famous antique market, nicknamed Verona Antiquaria, where shows and events are also organized. San Zeno is approximately 1.5 km walking distance from Piazza Bra, the beating heart of Verona's historic center, home to the renowned Arena. This will allow you to take a relaxing walk of about ten to fifteen minutes along the Adige, admiring Castel Vecchio, the historic center's gateway.
