Description
The structure, very original, designed and conceived by the two architects who are the owners and managers, is the result of the complete renovation of an old garage, completed in September 2012.

In it was obtained an authentic loft on 2 levels: with 4 double bedrooms much larger than the normal standard of B&B with private bathroom also very comfortable and spacious, as well as the reception area with double height, which is a true architectural tribute to what was the industrial building.

The building was conceived and developed by the architects around the private internal patio with free sky, to which all the rooms are facing taking plenty of air and light.

All 4 rooms are equipped, as mentioned, with large en suite bathroom, heating and air conditioning independently adjustable and free WI-Fi.

Outside the structure (20 meters) there is a public parking and free, while the bus stop for the historic center (10 minutes), is just in front of the entrance.

We are happy to accommodate your pets that are more than welcome.

Inside it is possible to park bicycles.

It is easily accessible by car as it is close to the Basilica di San Zeno, at the exit of the tangenziale Nord and at the fairgrounds.
The historic centre is easily reached on foot.
In front of our entrance then, there is the always direct bus downtown: with the no. 11 for weekday and no. 95 (overnight and on weekends and holidays). With these buses, few stops, you can reach the Railway Station.
At 10 min. on foot you will find the Basilica di San Zeno and 15 min. CastelVecchio To who reaches drive then there is ample free parking at 30 metres from the entrance.

A really great B&B, the location is perfect, you can be in the center in 15 minutes - a free parking space right next door, friendly staff. The only issue is that there is a lot of room for improvement for breakfast - even if only packaged food is allowed to be offered - chips and crackers are not necessarily to everyone's taste. Also, the allocation in the fridge unfortunately did not work - because you never knew what belonged to the community and what did not, the other guests unfortunately did not adhere to this. On the last day there was only 1 chocolate cookie left, plus the aforementioned chips/crackers. It would be better not to offer breakfast at all, or to give a voucher for a bar - as others do. Still, I would book it again at any time.

I stayed at this property during the New Year's period with my partner and my little dog, and I can only highly recommend it and compliment the various services offered. Let’s start with the beauty of the Loft where nothing is done by chance, and it shows! The young man who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, advising us on all the places to visit and all the various restaurants that are absolutely not touristy but rather unique and never banal. Next to the property, there is a fenced park perfect for our little dog and free parking for the car, in addition to the Verona Bike station, where you can rent bikes via an app to explore the city without taking the car and potentially avoid walking. Breakfast is not provided by the property, but everything you need to prepare an excellent breakfast is available. I am very satisfied and can only compliment those who manage and those who conceived this loft. I will definitely return to Loft Verona.

Everything was perfect. The structure is beautiful. Although breakfast was not included, the common room had everything needed for breakfast (tea, coffee, biscuits, tartlets, etc.) and for a break during the day (chips, beer, etc.). There were also bottles of water available. Pier assisted us from the moment of booking, advising us on how to organize our stay and providing excellent suggestions for restaurants where to eat.

Very beautiful and clean structure, located in the city but, despite the location, it is very quiet and comfortable. The room cleaning and breakfast are excellent. Not to mention the kindness and availability of the owners. Great connection with the bus that stops a few meters from the structure. I highly recommend it. You won't regret it.

My wife and I stayed at Loft Verona while attending a family wedding at nearby San Zeno church. We had a lovely time at this B&B; great location for the San Zeno area, and a short and nice walk into downtown Verona. The location is safe, well lit and easy access to the train station. The room was nice size and the bathroom very modern. Importantly, Matteo was a wonderful host and very helpful as we had to get directions to several locations. All in all, a great place to stay in Verona.

The stay at Loft Verona was very pleasant. The structure is new, well made, with an unusually modern design for a bed and breakfast, welcoming, and very clean. The rooms open onto a pleasantly quiet patio. The breakfast is excellent and abundant, with choices available and served with taste and kindness. The location is not very central, but perhaps for this reason convenient for parking and still close to the public transport stop. The historic center can still be comfortably reached on foot. I truly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone who does not underestimate the details of their stay.

The structure is located a few minutes from the center, which is easily reachable on foot, and a few minutes from the motorway. Finally, something different in the vast panorama of accommodation facilities in Verona. The name immediately makes it clear what it refers to: a real loft in the immediate vicinity of the historic center. The shed of an old workshop has become, in the skillful hands of the architects who also manage the rooms, a place where the sensations experienced are those of a New York stay or, to remain in old Europe, inside the London docks. Facade brick walls, iron beams, double heights and walkways, large windows overlooking the internal garden are the elements that characterize the structure opened very recently. The rooms are very spacious, tastefully furnished mixing antique and contemporary pieces, and are equipped with spacious bathrooms: the standard is definitely high. The owners are very kind and ready to meet every request. The breakfast is, of course, of equal level. Rarely have I found better: I can only recommend it.
