Good hotel, looks clean, close to Venice, affordable price, the only thing is there are bad smells in the area due to a refinery that increase in the afternoon and at night.

This hotel is a true gem, in a very nice and tranquil setting, yet very close to main highways and of course Venice. The rooms are superbly clean, they have an on-site restaurant, serving an excellent breakfast and really good seafood dishes for dinner. Parking on site is free and the bus to Venice stops right at the corner. One can buy bus tickets directly at the hotel. The host is very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.
