Finely renovated apartment in the center of Verona, 200 meters from the Arena with a garage available and composed of three independent rooms, all with private bathroom with very large shower, named: CLASSIC of 16 sqm, SUPERIOR of 26 sqm and DELUXE of sqm 30. All equipped with minibar, coffee machine, desk, suitcase door, air conditioning, large flat screen TV, hair dryer, shower gel, bath and bedroom linen.

The property is located next to a supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Possibility of paid parking in the structure, 20 euros per night.

Possibility of FREE luggage storage at the end of the stay at NO additional cost.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 13 to 12 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 11 to 10 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 9 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Hi I am Giovanni, I with my family manage this structure in the historical center of Verona, only 200 meters from our beautiful Arena.

We started this new business, not thinking about a job, but wanting to have a new way to meet new people, and we found what we were looking for in our guests.

Special, friendly, kind and very correct people who enrich us with new emotions every day, we met people of all nationalities and I must say that they never betrayed our expectations, special people.

Every world is a country but we have always found the best of each country.

I hope to continue to know and experience this part of the world that I would never be able to discover otherwise.

Area Arena
Area very well served by taxis and public transport to the station, airport, Lake Garda. It is located 100 meters from Piazza Bra 'and 200 meters from the Arena and from Verona shopping with the best brands.
Next to the apartment we find a super serviced supermarket, bars, restaurants, gyms, and every type of shop.
Possibility to use the parking of the supermarket even if not customers of the same, otherwise at 200 meters there is a large underground paid parking.

It's more of a hotel than a B&B. No breakfast and the host is invisible after check-in, even though he responds on WhatsApp. We chose the bed and breakfast site specifically to share moments with the host.

Very kind and affable, available even outside normal hours (they waited for us until 8 pm). Parking just a short walk from the center, (having to leave early due to an urgency, they also voluntarily refunded us a portion of the parking fee. We will definitely come back.

L'appartamento, posizionato a due passi dal centro stroico, è sicuramente pulito e ordinato. L'arredamento moderno a volte risulta un po' rovinato, soprattutto in bagno; ma, a parte questo, ha tutto quello che può servire per garantire un soggiorno comodo e sereno. I servizi a disposizione, come l'utilizzo della cucina sono molto comodi. La gestione del parcheggio con la tessera CityPass gratuita è risultata molto comoda. Check out veloce e semplice, gestore gentile e disponibile. Tutto è andato secondo le aspettative. Grazie!

Tutto ok, ma il parcheggio pagato a parte, in aggiunta, è un poco sopra le righe e anche il check out alle 10:00, molto rigido, pesa non poco sul giudizio complessivo. Ripeto tutto ok, ma..

La struttura è centralissima. Si trova a 100 metri dall'Arena e 200 metri da Castelvecchio. Un living molto spazioso e accogliente. Massima pulizia e confort in un ambiente arredato con cura. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza riguardo la struttura e le varie informazioni per muoversi in città. Consigliatissimo! Da ritornarci.
