Finely renovated apartment in the center of Verona, 200 meters from the Arena with a garage available and composed of three independent rooms, all with private bathroom with very large shower, named: CLASSIC of 16 sqm, SUPERIOR of 26 sqm and DELUXE of sqm 30. All equipped with minibar, coffee machine, desk, suitcase door, air conditioning, large flat screen TV, hair dryer, shower gel, bath and bedroom linen.

The property is located next to a supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Possibility of paid parking in the structure, 20 euros per night.

Hi I am Giovanni, I with my family manage this structure in the historical center of Verona, only 200 meters from our beautiful Arena.

We started this new business, not thinking about a job, but wanting to have a new way to meet new people, and we found what we were looking for in our guests.

Special, friendly, kind and very correct people who enrich us with new emotions every day, we met people of all nationalities and I must say that they never betrayed our expectations, special people.

Every world is a country but we have always found the best of each country.

I hope to continue to know and experience this part of the world that I would never be able to discover otherwise.

Area Arena
Area very well served by taxis and public transport to the station, airport, Lake Garda. It is located 100 meters from Piazza Bra 'and 200 meters from the Arena and from Verona shopping with the best brands.
Next to the apartment we find a super serviced supermarket, bars, restaurants, gyms, and every type of shop.
Possibility to use the parking of the supermarket even if not customers of the same, otherwise at 200 meters there is a large underground paid parking.

Very friendly hosts, modern and very clean facilities. Located right in the center, minutes to the Arena and restaurants as well as the food market, garage, and lift. We felt very comfortable and safe!

It's more of a hotel than a B&B. No breakfast and the host is invisible after check-in, even though he responds on WhatsApp. We chose the bed and breakfast site specifically to share moments with the host.

Very kind and affable, available even outside normal hours (they waited for us until 8 pm). Parking just a short walk from the center, (having to leave early due to an urgency, they also voluntarily refunded us a portion of the parking fee. We will definitely come back.

The apartment, located a stone's throw from the historic center, is definitely clean and tidy. The modern furnishings sometimes appear a bit worn, especially in the bathroom; but, apart from this, it has everything that can be needed to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay. The available services, such as the use of the kitchen, are very convenient. The management of the parking with the free CityPass card was very convenient. Fast and simple check-out, kind and helpful manager. Everything went as expected. Thank you!

The structure is very central. It is located 100 meters from the Arena and 200 meters from Castelvecchio. A very spacious and welcoming living space.
