Description

The recently renovated Le Zampolle B&B is situated in the beautiful Colà di Lazise, just 10 minutes away from Lake Garda. Surrounded by a large olive garden, it offers a relaxing stay in touch with nature. Our two-story house has 3 spacious and welcoming units, of which 2 have a garden view terrace.

Passion for details and determination to achieve this result were the driving forces behind the creation of our B&B.

The room with private bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with air conditioning/heating, SMART-TV, minibar, desk, wardrobe, safe, free WI-FI, and bed and bath linen. Linen is changed every 3 days, while cleaning is done daily. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room.

Guests will have a private entrance and a terrace with a view of the property's garden, as well as a private parking inside the fenced and secure property. Upon request, a paid garage parking is available. Furthermore, we offer a free BIKE ROOM for your bicycles, with the possibility of recharging E-BIKES. Upon request, the washing machine can be used.

We are sports enthusiasts and that's why we have a Bike-Room for your bicycles with the possibility of MTB, E-BIKE or road excursions with a guide on request. The door of our home is open to everyone, as long as they are respectful of peace and decorum.

The hosts Scarlett and Antonio are very helpful, warm, and lovely. They provide valuable tips for good restaurants, perfect bike tours, shopping, excursions, etc. We felt comfortable from the first encounter and were well taken care of. The breakfast is very delicious, it is served personally, Scarlett takes the time for a pleasant chat, and then you start the day happily. The time was much too short, but we will gladly return to this lovingly run house.

The accommodation was very nice. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The breakfast was great. Scarlett and Antonio are two friendly hosts, for whom the well-being of their guests is very important. Perfect! The hosts were very attentive, very warm, and always helpful. The bikes we had booked in advance were already there upon arrival. The location of the accommodation was perfect for bike excursions. We received great tips from Antonio about bike tours in the area and other tips for our holiday. \nThe accommodation was very bright, modernly furnished, and very clean. We felt very comfortable with Scarlett and Antonio, they were great hosts. We will gladly come back. \n\nLazise is 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bike. Strategically located for the Garda Lake region and Verona.

Beautiful B&B with even better hosts. Scarlett and Antonio made the vacation even more relaxing with their kind attitude. The breakfast was the best I ever had in Italy (and I have been to different places and locations in Italy in the last years). I will visit them again for sure.

Scarlett and Antonio welcomed us very warmly and attentively. They have lovingly and cozily furnished their B&B and are very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The two always have a listening ear for the concerns of their guests and try to make everything possible. Breakfast is served on a cozy terrace and there is everything one could wish for. In the colder season (we were there at the beginning of April), the walls of the terrace are closed and a fire is burning in the fireplace. The house, the rooms, and the garden are beautifully laid out, very well maintained, and super clean. We deducted a small point for the location because you can hear the street occasionally with the window open. However, this did not bother us especially at night. For cycling enthusiasts, there is a secure bicycle garage and many insider tips from Antonio. Even for all non-bike enthusiasts, Lake Garda is easily accessible from the accommodation. Additionally, there is a great bus connection right outside the door to Verona, for example. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. We spent a short stay at Le Zampolle with our daughter. The place is very nice and well-kept, recently renovated with a beautiful garden. The room and bathroom are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast served in the portico is abundant and varied with fruit. Scarlett and Antonio, the hosts, have been very kind and helpful from the start. If we pass by that area again, it will be a pleasure to return.

B&B in a quiet and very peaceful location. Rooms well furnished, functional, comfortable and clean. Very kind managers, available for any information. Good breakfast, obviously due to covid regulations it is on request, but the offering is varied and abundant. I absolutely recommend it.

This was one of my best stays in a B&B. Scarlett and Antonio are perfect and extremely charming hosts. They take very personal and loving care of their guests, give lots of tips for excursions and going out for dinner. The rooms are newly renovated and very tastefully and comfortably furnished. Breakfast is plentiful and is served on the terrace - with a view of the beautiful olive trees. As a guest you feel very comfortable here. Thank you very much for the wonderful days with you, you have made our vacation unforgettable.

The structure has been recently renovated very well and with great attention to detail, the premises are very clean and well maintained, even the porch and the garden are well-kept and clean. The hosts are welcoming and very kind, you immediately feel at ease! Excellent breakfast, you eat well with local and fresh products, it was served under the porch overlooking their wonderful vineyard! During these days I was a guest at Le Zampolle B&B and despite being still fresh from the opening, everything worked well. A special note to the availability and courtesy of the managers. Definitely worth coming back.
