Description

Staying at B&B Laguna you will have easy access to the most beautiful places in the Venetian area. Venice, Jesolo Lido and Treviso are a 20 minute drive while the Marco Polo airport is only 10 minutes away. We are in Portegrandi (Cà Corner) in a quiet residential area with large parking lots and little traffic.
Our area is known for the cycle paths along the Roman roads. The Treviso-Jesolo Greenway is just 100 meters from the B&B as well as Via Annia, Via Claudia Augusta and Via Postumia. A few hundred meters away you will find the historic "Conca di Portegrandi" with the entrance to the lagoon. At 2 km you will find the Archaeological Museum of Altino as well as the technological center of H Farm, Digital Accademia and Big Rock.

Our rooms
Our air-conditioned rooms are comfortable and well-kept.
Located on the 1st floor with staircase, they are equipped with an en suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, mosquito nets, TV, free fast wifi, desk and safe.
Up to 7 guests can stay with us in:
1 "Double + Single" room that can accommodate 3 people
1 "Family Room" which has 3 beds and can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
1 "Single" room that can accommodate 1 person.

In addition to the large parking lot you will also have a nice fenced porch to shelter your bicycles, motorcycles or kayaks.
You can also take your four-legged friends with you for an extra cost of € 10.
The hosts speak fluent Italian, English, German.
The sweet or savory breakfast is prepared from 7 to 10: 00 and during the day you will have access to the fresh water dispenser, the kettle for herbal teas and a coffee machine.
The house is in the center of the town of Portegrandi near the services and the bus stop that can take you to Treviso, Venice, San Donà di Piave and the beaches of Jesolo.
Under the B&B there is a "Vecio Stampo" pizza restaurant for your dinners / lunches and a few hundred meters away you will find a bakery, pharmacy and post office with ATM.

If you want to visit Venice and its islands, Treviso and Jesolo but at the same time enjoy the tranquility, the nature trails and, last but not least, the non-tourist prices of our area, we are the right B&B for you.

The B&B is located in the center of Portegrandi (historical name Cà Corner) in the municipality of Quarto d'Altino (Metropolitan city of Venice).
We are made of land and water, between the Natural Park of the Sile River and the North Lagoon.
AIRPORT. just 10 minutes by car you can reach the Venice "Marco Polo" airport as it is very close to the Statale 14 Trieste - Venice.
TRAIN. the nearest railway station is Quarto d'Altino (6km) with frequent and cheap connections to Venice.
NO CAR ? no problem: In this area we have a good cheap public bus service to and from Venice and the airport from 6am to 9pm. At night
you must have a taxi service. Recently my clients said that they spent €35 from the airport to the b&b. to reach Venice with the public service the cost is € 6. 70 round trip-1pax
BUS: the ATVO bus stop is 50 meters away with lines for Venice, Treviso and Jesolo Lido.
PORT. the small port of the Lagoon is only 500 meters from the B&B.
1 km from the technological center of H FARM, H Farm college, Digital Accademia, AKQA and BIG ROCK.
Just 100 meters from the Treviso-Jesolo nature trail well known by lovers of bicycles and walks along the River Sile Park, for the ancient Altino and the archaeological museum and for the ancient Conca (natural exit into the lagoon).

I recommend the B&B to those who, like us, travel by car with children and want to visit Venice (it is only half an hour by train from Quarto d'Altino). Excellent value for money, with spacious rooms, abundant breakfast, and the possibility of using the shared kitchen for quick meals. The added value is certainly the owner: in addition to giving us great advice, she was so kind as to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.

Quiet place to rest if you are passing through to visit Venice, as you can take the train or bus that takes you directly there, also just below the accommodation there is a restaurant where they serve all kinds of Italian specialties from pizza, pasta, etc., at a very affordable price, and what about Betty, the host of the accommodation, super friendly, if you have any doubts about something she solves it for you immediately, a charming person.

New structure with very comfortable and quiet rooms. Sweet and savory breakfast prepared by the owner or, if you prefer, by yourself. Extremely kind and helpful owner. I participated in a cycling event and had the possibility to store my bike in a safe place. In the evening, there is the opportunity to dine at the pizzeria restaurant adjacent to the property.

I used it for one night during a bike tour. Although I usually prefer hotels, in this case I had a great experience, the room was clean, spacious, and functional (equipped with USB sockets to charge electronic devices!), comfortable bed and fragrant sheets. They allowed me to store the bike indoors: excellent. Mrs. Elisabeth who manages the Laguna B&B is kind and caring. I was fully satisfied, highly recommend it.
