Our Rooms is located near the lake, in an area known for its waters and thermal facilities (Parco Termale Villa Dei Cedri, Terme di Sirmione), in a place of great archaeological and architectural value, in the heart of the city.

La Terrazza Sas is a family-run structure that is hospitable, comfortable, and appreciated for its deep cleanliness. The area in which we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to stroll and shop along the shopping streets, appreciate and purchase local artisan products, enjoy the view of the places and experience the flavors of the place thanks to various food and wine itineraries, participate in numerous cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, getting lost among museums and exhibition spaces, and losing oneself in the sounds and scents of the numerous gardens in the area.

In the vicinity of our structure, it will be possible to find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports facilities, and gyms to take care of one's body.

Our structure is the perfect place for all families traveling who will feel at home, for meetings and business stays, for a romantic vacation in a quiet and reserved environment, for anyone who wants to take care of themselves in a serene and comfortable environment, for those who want to rest and regenerate.

Hi! We are two brothers, born and raised in Peschiera del Garda, where we still live today.

We’ve always worked in the tourism industry, starting out in bars and restaurants, until in 2004 we decided to embark on a new adventure by opening and managing our own guesthouse.

Welcoming guests is much more than a job for us – it’s a pleasure. We don’t see our guests as mere clients, but as people visiting us from across Italy and around the world, and we enjoy making them feel at home, just like friends.

Out of passion and dedication, we continue to do our best to offer a pleasant and comfortable stay to anyone who chooses us – whether for vacation, business, sports, or a simple stopover.

Our rooms are located five minutes walk from the historic center of Peschiera d / G and the lake.
All are within 1. 3 km from 'hospital' Pederzoli, 1km from the railway station, 2km from the highway, nearby are several stops city bus. 3km is the famous amusement park Gardaland and within minutes it also parks Caneva and Movieland. Peschiera is also ten minutes from the spa and the spa Colà Sirmione, 20km from Verona, 18km from famous countries Valeggio and Borghetto etc...there are many places to visit!

We stayed 3 nights in this accommodation less than 10 minutes on foot from the lake, in a quiet location, with private parking, just a stone's throw from a great restaurant (Amici miei Tipicoteca). Comfortable beds and impeccable cleanliness. Excellent value for money in Peschiera. Very kind and accommodating manager (we had a hiccup with the card during payment and he helped us in every way).

Essential structure. There are no sockets and bedside tables for support. The air conditioning motor is noisy. Not soundproof, you can hear the neighbors very well, even above. Very basic as a support point. Host very kind.

The place is very nice, the room is spacious and spotless, and the bathroom is large and with a window. We really enjoyed our stay and if we were to come back to Peschiera, we would definitely go there again. Communication with the owner via WhatsApp and self check-in are truly top-notch!

We stayed last weekend and, in addition to the impeccable cleanliness and the kindness of the owners, everything was perfect and in order. Perhaps I would suggest a bit more care in the bathroom to hang the towels, especially after the shower when they are wet, and where to place the toilet paper. We stayed in three (some nights in 4) for two weeks in August 2022. The 2 owners are two very very very welcoming and kind brothers. They always met our every need, from the silliest to the most complex. The cleaning service is excellent, apart from a few minor incidents independent of the owners. The small inconveniences were always promptly resolved! Truly excellent all around! The only tiny regret concerns the restaurant, about 400/500 meters away from the b&b, with slightly limited hours for those who want a vacation with relaxed schedules (we never managed to go for lunch or breakfast). The kindness of the owners Paola and Gianantonio was exquisite! Thank you very much for making our stay splendid! A suggestion? A few more tips and some brochures on tourist itineraries. Simple structure 500 meters from the lake and 5 minutes from the park area, a lot of care for cleanliness. Ideal as a starting point for both Peschiera and Sirmione. The beds were comfortable (and that's not a small detail). Two small suggestions: an coat rack would be needed in the room. The manager should provide some more help on the nearby areas to visit.

Beautiful location. Excellent hospitality. Excellent cleanliness. Beautiful room with an exit also at the back on a huge lawn with a table and seats that are also present in front with the porch. I would improve the breakfast. A savory alternative is missing and something neutral like juices or basic cakes, for example Margherita, or some cookies.

The property is located at a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Peschiera del Garda. Rooms are clean and comfortable and include a private bathroom, A/C, TV, small fridge, and WiFi. Car park is available in front of the property (free). Breakfast is served at the restaurant (approximately 800 m) from the property. A nice place to return.

Rich and excellent breakfast, very kind owner, same for the staff especially the lady who welcomed us with a unique kindness. Excellent value for money. We stayed 5 nights at a really convenient price. 8/10 minutes from the center, so very close. The restaurant where breakfast was also offered is very nice and the food is excellent.

We had a great stay and so far I have never slept so well anywhere else! Everything was great and the people are also very nice! Breakfast was served with great care in their own restaurant at the table and we were served very attentively. For a B&B, in my opinion, quite expensive, since it is not directly in the city. That's my only criticism! Otherwise, we were very satisfied and will gladly come back when we are in the area.

The property is very clean, the hosts are very friendly and do not disturb you at all. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, not far from the city center. The distance between the property and the railway station is about 2 km. The house does have a tiny garden, where you can relax with a glass of prosecco in your hand. In the morning, on your way to the city center, you can stop by and eat a delicious breakfast at the "La Terrazza" tavern. Last but not least, I have to mention that the price was very good. I warmly recommend it to anyone passing by.

It's a good place actually. Very clean. But the breakfast is not in the same place and you have to walk around 15 minutes to the restaurant. There is no any reception. Before our stay there they told us that there is reception till 15:00. We reached the house around 14:30 and there wasn't anyone. The only option was to call the owner to give us a code for the safety box with the keys.

The room was very clean and was cleaned daily. For Italian standards, a very extensive and delicious breakfast was served. The staff or owners were very friendly and attentive. The location of the rooms is in a residential area slightly away from the city center, but reachable in about 5-10 minutes on foot. Breakfast is served in the associated pizzeria/restaurant. A clear recommendation.

I went with a friend to Peschiera del Garda for a few days. Very happy with the choice made. Excellent location slightly outside the center but within a few minutes walk. Private parking. Excellent cleanliness. Small architectural barrier of a few steps to reach the room. The only inconvenience is that you have to go to the managers' restaurant for breakfast. Still a few minutes walk. Despite this, excellent and abundant breakfast, you can ask for more without problems. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Great location for those who want to visit the lower Lake Garda. The room is new, spacious and well furnished, complete with TV and air conditioning. Bathroom with shower. I stayed one night at this property as I was passing through for work. The room and the property were extremely well-kept and absolutely clean, in addition to the great courtesy of the manager and the convenient location to walk to the lake. Great price, great service! After our 5-day stay in Peschiera, I can only recommend this guesthouse. The rooms are located on the ground floor of a house. We had a room for 2 people with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, small fridge, and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10, and daily around 10:30 the cleaning service arrives and cleans very thoroughly. However, for breakfast, you have to walk about 10 minutes or drive 2 minutes by car. In the bathroom, there is a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and heating. It is always cleaned, and upon request, you get new towels daily. The owners are also very nice and open. Gladly again.

The structure, composed of individual apartments, is located 5 minutes from Peschiera del Garda station. Easily accessible by car. The cleaning service offered is more than good, there is only some dust buildup under the bed but not very noticeable. The manager is very helpful for any problems that may occur during the stay.
