The house is situated:
- 50 meters from the Skibus stop, grocery store, and bars;
- 100 meters from the Pietro Scola cross-country ski track;
- 1 kilometer from the Molino ski lifts (Lusia-San Pellegrino area of Dolomiti Superski);
- 50 meters from the bike path;
- an ideal starting point for many mountain walks, via ferratas, and climbs.

I highly recommend the Mansarda Dell'Orso to anyone looking to stay in Falcade. Optimal location, on a small side street off the main road ensuring peace and practicality, also thanks to the parking space of the property. Supermarket reachable on foot in less than a minute and ski lifts in less than 5 minutes by car. The mansard is extremely charming and very welcoming, equipped with everything needed to make the stay comfortable. A special mention for the friendliness and hospitality of the hosts who welcomed us with a homemade cake!
