Located just a few steps away from the Arena, in the heart of the historical city center, you will find La Finestra sull'Arena. This elegantly refurbished building offers two accommodation options for its guests, at the second and at the third/four floor of the building (no elevator).
The first option is an independent apartment suitable for longer stays, consisting of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a large living room, and a small fully equipped kitchen. Guests can observe the hustle and bustle of Via Mazzini, the main shopping street in the city, from the two balconies in the living room. Alternatively, they can sit on the balcony in the bedroom, enjoying a coffee or an aperitif while admiring the Arena. The interior decoration is simple yet elegant, with contemporary artworks on the walls, making our guests feel at home. This accommodation is perfect for both leisure and business trips, and it includes services such as Wi-Fi, a microwave, a washing machine, air conditioning, fans on celling and a hairdryer.
On the top floors (3th/4th) of our building, you will find the second accommodation option. This entire attic floor is available to our guests, featuring two double rooms (one large and one smaller), a spacious and bright reading room, and a bathroom with a shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. Air conditioning is available for the hottest summer days. From the window in the smaller bedroom, guests can admire a view of the Arena. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning is also available here.
We provide a self-service breakfast, available at your preferred time, in our kitchen on the lower floor. You can choose from coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, butter, jam, juice, fresh fruit, cereals, bread, sliced bread, packaged croissants, with a focus on organic and high-quality food.

Found by chance, my husband and I had a wonderful stay. It felt like our home: we had everything, with the kitchen stocked with anything we needed to cook, even a fireplace. The windows overlook the little street that leads directly to the Arena in one minute and to the center in five minutes. We stayed there for the Umberto Tozzi concert and spent two nights. Mrs. Giuliana was very kind and friendly. If another opportunity arises, I will definitely book at La Finestra sull'Arena. Thank you again for the hospitality.

A very nice place, in an excellent location to visit the center of Verona, practically right next to the Arena and at the beginning of Via Mazzini, unmatched convenience. Beautiful location to visit Verona. Practically, by looking out of the window it seems to touch the walls of the Arena. Practically, fifty steps and you are in Piazza Bra, the living room of the Veronese and not only, with a variety of places to spend a pleasant break for breakfast, aperitif, lunch or dinner, all of good quality. The accommodation is presented in an attic located on the top floor of a small building, careful in the details, very welcoming, with a beautiful view of the rooftops of the center. Very nice welcome from Giuliana, always available for any need and caring in letting you know the city in all its most important places. Really recommended stay.

We stayed in this apartment located in the attic (with air conditioning) on the evening of September 3rd because we went to the Arena for the end of summer concert of Radio Zeta! The structure is 1 minute from the Arena, in a very central and convenient area! I stayed with my two children and my sister with her two children! We had a great time! Camilla, the owner, is very kind and always available to give you advice! Two bedrooms, one bathroom, a small living area, and the kitchen downstairs, all obviously connected and separated from other rooms! The sheets and towels, hairdryer (the sirocco because usually it is not found) are provided by the structure! Abundant breakfast with everything you may need! I recommend it! Especially because the quality-price ratio is excellent.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and super warm welcome. The location is extraordinary, if it were not for the noisy restaurant below, which is loud until late at night. Next time I will bring a nice pair of earplugs.

Everything else perfect, if I can give a simple suggestion to Giuliana: a full-length mirror, of which you can also do without anyway. Delightful structure, central location overlooking the Arena. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is clean and functional even though not very large. Kitchen equipped with every comfort. Breakfast prepared with a good variety of products. The only downside, the rooms are poorly soundproofed (but being an old building, it's understandable).

For us, it was a magnificent stay. I believe I also wrote about it in the book left for customer comments. Very spacious environment, just steps from the Arena, you couldn't ask for more. Extremely quiet, very well taken care of. We were also warmly welcomed. We quickly forgot about the three flights of stairs, largely compensated by the warm intimacy of the premises. Two bedrooms both attic-style and well equipped with very comfortable mattresses, small but well-equipped bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. Excellent Bed and Breakfast with an excellent location to visit Verona and for those interested in the shows or concerts that take place inside the Arena. Wonderful location and view. It is equipped with complete kitchen facilities. In the bathroom, there is a whirlpool tub and shower. The only point to note is the presence of challenging stairs to reach it, but we know that there are no roses without thorns.

Easy play... 50 meters from the Arena; there are no words: spacious, clean, kitchen available with a well-stocked fridge, nice bathroom, everything very comfortable. Then very kind and friendly. I stopped there for work but I believe spending a weekend there would be a dream.

We stayed one night in this fantastic Bed & Breakfast right in the center of Verona, a minute's walk from the Arena! Giuliana, the owner, is a sunny person ready to help and give advice to her guests. Spacious apartment with two large bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a beautiful bright hallway with desk and small sofa, all on the upper floor with exposed beams. The peculiarity is that the windows overlook the rooftops of Verona and the Arena, enchanting. On the lower floor, there is a very large and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator, but it's definitely worth climbing a few steps! Highly recommended! If we were to return to Verona, it will surely be our first choice! Berra Family.

A true gem in the heart of Verona! A 10 rating is too little! \nTo start, I could talk about the kindness of Giovanna, who not only waited for us upon our arrival (later than the ordinary check-in time), but also illustrated the monuments to visit and various activities to do during our stay (a true tour guide!), then moving on to the superb cleanliness of the suite and ending with the 'champion' breakfast prepared for us the morning after! \nIt truly felt like being at our own home. Not to mention the very romantic view of a part of the arena from the window of the little room. \nCertainly, if we were to return to Verona, we wouldn't choose any other B&B than 'La Finestra sull'Arena'. \nCompliments compliments and more compliments!

Ideal location for those who want to visit Verona, very close to the Arena, perfect for those like me who wanted to run the marathon. The owner was very courteous in allowing me to take a shower after the race, something that many places do not allow after check-out.

Many thanks to Camilla and Giuliana for outstanding hospitality! My husband and I like your place so much that we have decided to stay in your apartment next time when we come back to Verona. It is a very convenient location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the Arena (you can even see the Arena from the balcony) and very close to the main attractions of the city. It was a very easy route from the train station with a 15-minute walking distance. The apartment is very clean, it has everything you need, even a washing machine. I will definitely recommend La Finestra sull'Arena to everyone, especially to those who are planning to go to the Opera. Thanks again to Camilla and Giuliana.

It's the second time I choose this bed and breakfast in Verona and I must say that I would gladly return for the welcome, the cleanliness, and the proximity to the Arena. A structure complete with everything. The price is not exactly cheap but it's all justified due to its closeness to the Arena.

If I could, I would give more than 10 stars. The owner, Ms. Camilla, is very nice and helpful. She gave us many useful tips to visit the city. The B&B is centrally located, and from the window of the smaller room, you can admire the arena, an ideal location for those who need to attend shows or concerts. We will come back.

Nella nostra struttura sono disponibili, come spiegato nella nostra presentazione, due diverse sistemazioni, una in B&B che prevede il servizio di prima colazione, e una in un appartamento indipendente, completo di cucina, dove non è previsto il servizio di prima colazione (come previsto dalla normativa), ma dove, per un maggiore confort dei nostri ospiti, lasciamo sempre a disposizione te, caffè e zucchero. Al momento della prenotazione lei ha riservato questa sistemazione, ecco perché non ha ricevuto la colazione. La Finestra sull'Arena is absolutely delightful and charming, right in the center, truly a stone's throw from the Arena and the sky. We stayed for 3 nights and 3 days occupying the entire structure and thus appreciating all that it offers. If in the apartment, spacious, comfortable and cozy, one can enjoy the city immersed in the pleasant buzz of the lively city life, in the attic suite, a real gem, one instead finds themselves in a privileged position from which to experience Verona with its music evenings and starry nights. Apartment 20 meters from the Arena of Verona.\n\nThe living room with a table, 2 sofas, and the TV is very nice, spacious, and comfortable, while the kitchen is perhaps a bit small and maybe in need of modernization but still fine for short stays (we stayed only one night).\n\nThe 2 double bedrooms are of slightly reduced size, but overall, in their simplicity, they are comfortable.\n\nThe bathroom is a bit small, but it has everything you need.\n\nIn addition to the fantastic location, the strong point is the owner, Mrs. Camilla, who is super kind and helpful.

In the center of Verona, couldn't be more central, 50 meters from the Arena, comfortable accommodation, intelligently furnished, spectacular view, very kind owner, super breakfast even for those, like my wife, who is celiac. I recommend it to everyone, even the stairs not suitable for the elderly were worth it, but from the attic it feels like touching the sky with one finger and the Arena with another.

Very close to the Arena, beautiful structure, extremely kind and friendly owner, but above all it felt more like renting an apartment than a B&B.
We had a lot of space available, everything was perfect!
I highly recommend it, the price is proportional to the structure and service.

We stayed in the attic suite, a paradise. Also because there are quite a few steps to get there, but it's worth it. Camilla is very helpful, she told us some anecdotes about the city and recommended a list of places to eat. The reading corner can be used even just for a bit of relaxation, the not very large bathroom is well organized with a whirlpool tub and shower. The only problem one could have is in the case of very tall people, in some points you risk hitting your head.

Excellent property in the city center with a view on one side of the Arena and on the other of Via Mazzini. Very kind and helpful owners. We comfortably stayed in the attic apartment with 5 people. I would not hesitate to recommend it also for the value for money.

I recommend renting this apartment. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning (only a fan) and the narrow balconies! We were 3 people sharing the apartment on the second floor. Two double bedrooms with balconies overlooking Via Marchetti, a living room (where there is a single bed, a sofa, a TV table, chairs, and the large oak mirrored cupboard) with balconies overlooking Via Mazzini shopping street. There is a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. I estimate the area to be between 55 and 65 m2. The price is good value compared to hotel room rates for 3 people. The security and the landlord are very helpful. The arena is right on the doorstep but you are not disturbed, just very happy to be so close that you can walk home quickly after the opera performance. You can see the arena wall from the balcony.

Thanks to Mrs. Camilla and her family for hosting us. We experienced a unique emotion having seen and listened to Eros Ramazzotti's concert at the Arena di Verona twice. Living Verona, via Mazzini, the Ristorante dei Nonni, the Osteria del Duomo and maybe also the Christmas Markets. We are already thinking about it all. Thank you from the heart.

I would say it is excellent for visiting the city and if you have to attend the shows at the Arena. Enviable location, kind and helpful managers. We will definitely not miss returning.
