Excellent location, very clean, and the host was very accommodating and super kind.

They were able to receive me before the check-in time so I could leave my things. The place is impeccable and modern, very comfortable. If I return to Verona I will definitely stay there.

Recently renovated, very clean, close to the city center, I slept well! If I really had to find a 'fault', I would add a mirror in the room!

Satisfied.

The property is located in a very convenient area for those who want to get around the city on foot. The rooms are new and very clean. In the shared kitchen area, there is the possibility to use an electric kettle and a coffee machine.

There were bed bugs in the bedsheets. I was bitten all over. I had to deal with it while I moved to my next destination. Not a great experience.

The property was in an excellent location, the room was clean. Access was easy.

Because of a misunderstanding we booked twice. One in English, the other in Italian. However we paid only for 1 room. Very, very kind owner. We only came for the Aïda but unfortunately the performance stopped after 50 minutes. But we will absolutely come back and then we booked again in La Greta!

I stayed with a friend in this bed and breakfast that is actually more of a guesthouse since breakfast is not provided. The room is poorly soundproofed but clean and tidy, while some linens had pre-existing makeup stains. Having booked for two people for two nights, we would have appreciated some more personal hygiene products. Additionally, we had explicitly requested (both in online messaging at the time of booking and verbally via phone) two separate beds, but we found a double bed instead. It is worth noting that the messaging with the structure and the owners, either the site does not work or it is not taken into account: I never received any response. The pillows and mattress were comfortable, but unfortunately, we did not find any extra blanket (which, considering the winter period, would have been appreciated), just a very light throw. Check-in was done online, and instructions on the door code and where to find the room key were received via message as the owners never showed up. The tourist tax was also requested in cash and to leave it in the room. At the moment (two days after check-out), I have not received any receipt for the payment that was supposed to arrive via email. The room has an internal bathroom with a shower and is located inside an apartment with three other rooms. There is a shared living area with a sink, oven and microwave, refrigerator, table, and chairs. There was a kettle, a coffee machine for capsules, dishes, and cutlery (the last two not extremely clean). Some tea bags and coffee capsules were available. The structure is quite close to the PN train station. The city center can also be reached on foot. Nearby there are stops for public transport services. Also, nearby, some places to eat without reaching the center (Chinese restaurant, La Piadineria, and a few pizzerias or bars). In the evening, the area seems a bit dark and isolated, which is not the best for girls alone. Given the cost and the service (not) received, I would not classify it as a bed and breakfast.

The structure is impeccable, located within a luxurious condominium. The owners are very discreet and at the same time extremely available.

I recommend this apartment, very clean and new, very close to the train station and near the center of Verona. The only negative point is that it does not offer breakfast.

From La Casa di Greta, you can easily reach the main city attractions on foot, as well as the train station. Very kind owners.

Modern and recent structure. Sophisticated furnishings and a bathroom of excellent taste and size. Only downside: a bit lacking soundproofing.

The room and the bathroom are brand new and very clean. The kitchen and common room are provided with every necessity. A 5-minute walk from the center of Verona. Highly recommended! Really, very nice.

Very nice welcome by Luana. Good briefing for the entrance doors. The room was very spacious for a single person. The bathroom very modern and functional. Good location, about 8 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes to the Arena. I can only highly recommend it.

Strategic location for its proximity to the Station and the historic center. The quiet street and the modern and elegant condominium make it an ideal solution for those looking for comfort and tranquility. The directions and access procedures were timely and extremely easy. Recommended for leisure and business trips.

Fast check-in and the lady was very punctual and very kind, very comfortable and clean room. I will come back for the next concert at the Arena di Verona.

The place is strategic and very convenient for those arriving by train, but there is still much to improve. The room is complete with everything, clean and tastefully furnished, nothing is missing even in the bathroom, but the sink urgently needs to be replaced, as beautiful as it looks in design but very uncomfortable to use: when you use it, you end up showering as the fountain is positioned too high compared to the sink. What's the point of online check-in if we were asked several times to send the document via WhatsApp? The term B&B implies Bed and Breakfast, which does not exist, unfortunately it is only specified in the room description. We asked to leave our luggage in the morning and it was allowed, a service that is obviously much appreciated. However, the owner made it clear that she had to be present to take possession of the room, so to facilitate her, having another check-in at 18:00, we scheduled an appointment at 17:30. Unfortunately, we had not considered the tiredness and the 40 degrees outside. Therefore, in the early afternoon we tried to contact the property to enter earlier, but there was the answering machine, and despite leaving more than one message, we waited over an hour to be told that we could enter remotely. No one explained to us how we could enter. We recommend, given that we have been working in hotels for almost 30 years, to send a message with access instructions at the exact check-in time to avoid any misunderstandings. In the kitchen, provide clear instructions for using the coffee machine, the capsule insertion must be done by sliding the upper panel to the right, not lifting it, specify the color of the capsules and their corresponding type (decaf, ginseng, etc.), use wooden sticks to stir the coffee (there were only 2 unhygienic steel spoons in the drawer. Cleaning the fridge daily was really dirty with crumbs and bits of cheese inside. Also, we wondered what the kitchen was for since breakfast was not served. One last note on the bathroom air freshener, it's too strong and disturbs sleep. With the luck of having a windowed bathroom, there is no need to use it. And remember to write on the site about the tourist tax payment, even though we all know it must be paid (the rate varies from city to city), you must specify the rate and payment method. Accept this review as advice rather than criticism, as the place is full of potential that has not yet been fully exploited.

We stayed at the property on the 2nd of August. 2 couples, 2 rooms, for the Aida performance in Verona. New rooms, furnished rationally. Very convenient location in the city center with ample parking possibilities. The contact, Mrs. Luana, extremely kind, a wealth of information. My ratings are high except for quality/price (however, I gave a 7). Reason for this personal opinion: the property is classified as a B&B but does not provide breakfast. (There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and a coffee machine with pods available to guests). I believe that the price could justify the inclusion of breakfast or a voucher to spend in the nearby bars.

The owner welcomed us, everything went smoothly and quickly. Very kind, the accommodation very clean and above all, not far from the center.

Great location, renovated structure, excellent cleanliness, kindness, courtesy, and availability of the manager. The only suggestion is to place a luggage rack inside the room to avoid placing them on the bed.

This is a room with a private bathroom in an apartment with a shared kitchen. The accommodation is pleasant (comfortable, clean, bright) and equipped with air conditioning. The check-in process is done autonomously, but the owner quickly resolved our doubts via WhatsApp. It is appreciated being able to leave the luggage inside for a few hours after check-out (as in our case).

Brand new structure and very kind manager.

It's really a convenient location to visit the city of Verona and nearby places like Venice or Lake Garda because it's close to Verona P. Nuova train station.

We stayed one night and had a great time, the room was clean and modern, very cozy. 10 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the center. I definitely recommend.

I spent 5 nights at Casa Di Greta with my 5-year-old. The central location worked really well for us, about a 10-minute walk to the train station and town center (and there are buses as well with a bus stop around the corner from the house). The host was very responsive and really lovely. There were no cooking facilities to cook breakfast for my child (he's used to having porridge every morning), but we found a very pleasant café with breakfast options nearby and it worked really well for us. I definitely recommend the place, probably more for adults than families as the rooms are on the 6th floor (there is a lift) - I would have preferred to stay on the ground floor for safety reasons (parents will understand!).

The room is spacious and equipped as well as the shared kitchen provided with coffee, tea, sugar, kettle, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Self check-in clear and precise, owner available also for luggage storage. Highly recommended.

Recently renovated structure. Comfortable, welcoming, and clean. Just a few minutes from the train station and the city center. Azalea: spacious room and bathroom with a nice shower.

We had a great time, ideal location to visit Verona, excellent cleanliness and new, quiet, perfect rooms.

I stayed from the 24th to the 26th of April. La Casa di Greta is a very welcoming structure, well positioned (very close to the station), with well-kept and modern spaces, and the highest level of cleanliness. The owners are friendly and kind. If I were to come back to Verona, I would definitely choose this structure again.

Great bed and breakfast, clean and new. We had a great time because, for our needs, it is ideally located halfway between the train station and the historic center of Verona.

New, clean and well-kept structure, the owner is very kind and helpful. Located in a strategic position both to visit the center of Verona and eventually for some event at Verona Fiere. I absolutely recommend it.

We stayed at La Casa di Greta for the concert at the Verona Arena. Great location to reach the city center and super helpful and kind staff. It will always be nice to return where you have been well. And for us it was like this. We highly recommend it to everyone. Until next time.

We stayed for one night in Verona to see the opera. Our stay at La Casa di Greta was very pleasant. The room was very nice and clean, and the location to the Arena was optimal (just around the corner - less than 10 minutes on foot). The hostess was also very kind! We will gladly come back.
