The Isa Sweet Home apartment is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation: it is located on the ground floor, has an area of ​​approximately 45 sqm, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen, and has been completely renovated recently. The location is quiet and strategic for arrivals and departures to and from the city, as it is only a 5-minute walk from Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia Station.

Our "Isa Sweet Home" apartment is located in a great position, very convenient for arrivals and departures from the historic center of Venice, but at the same time already immersed in the typical Venetian atmosphere. The apartment, recently renovated, is equipped with LED TV, independently adjustable heating and air conditioning, and free WiFi connection.

The structure consists of 2 double bedrooms and a small fully equipped kitchen, also with a washer and dryer.

Both rooms are bright, overlooking a quiet calle. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped and, in addition to induction hobs and a refrigerator, you can find some very useful appliances: a microwave, a toaster, an American coffee machine, and an espresso machine.

The apartment is located in the area where the most important university campuses of Venice are located (Cà Foscari University and IUAV - University of Architecture), away from the noise of tourist flows but at the same time very close to the main tourist routes of the city, strategic to reach all the points of interest: you just need to take a vaporetto along the Grand Canal, or walk and reach the Rialto Bridge or St. Mark's Square in about 15/20 minutes, the heart of the city. Nearby there are many bars and restaurants and a supermarket, just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. "Isa Sweet Home" is located in the Santa Croce district, near Campo della Lana, in one of the most characteristic areas of Venice, just a 5-minute walk from Piazzale Roma (the bus and car terminal, where you can easily get to the "Marco Polo VCE" and "Antonio Canova TSF" airports in Treviso) and less than 5 minutes walk from the "Santa Lucia" train station. We are easily accessible by car (the Piazzale Roma terminal and the Tronchetto Island terminal offer several parking spaces) as well as by bus from both airports (VCE and TSF), as well as by ship, since the Cruise Terminal is about 20 minutes away (from here the "People Mover" train will connect you to Piazzale Roma in 5 minutes).
