The Arena can be reached in less than ten minutes on foot, allowing guests to stroll through enchanting views and atmospheres rich in history.

Spread over two levels, the house features a spacious main kitchen on the ground floor, where a sweet and savory buffet breakfast is prepared each morning, served in the garden during the lovely season. The living room and the family’s private areas overlook a cool and quiet green corner, perfect for starting the day with calm and enjoyment.

The first floor is entirely dedicated to guests, offering three independent rooms, each with a private bathroom and accessible through a secondary entrance. Each room has its own distinct character, featuring a fireplace, exposed beams, rustic 19th-century furniture, quality linens, satellite TV, independent air conditioning, and amenities designed to ensure maximum comfort. Guests also have access to a relaxation area with a fireplace, reading corner, and a small outdoor balcony.

Attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the stay: from the daily cleaning of rooms to regular linen changes, from book sharing to Wi-Fi access throughout the house. Additional services such as airport transfers, event and restaurant reservations, guided tours of the city and surroundings, wine and food tours, and tee times at Verona and Garda golf clubs can be arranged upon request.

The location of the relais allows for exploring Verona on foot, along the Adige River, admiring Castelvecchio, and then reaching Piazza delle Erbe, Juliet's House, the Arena, or the elegant shops in the pedestrian area.
