We had a really pleasant stay! The B&B is in an excellent location, convenient for visiting Verona. The host was very kind and always helpful. The room and the private bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, a stone's throw from all the attractions, with a charming café just steps away, where we went for breakfast every day. As for the room, Federico came to greet us early because our flight arrived early and that was a very appreciated detail. The only downsides: the mattress sinks in the middle, a renovation would be nice, and it would have been ideal to have a private bathroom inside the room, without having to go out to common areas and open and close doors each time (this may annoy other guests as the locks are noisy). There is a coffee and infusion machine, but the coffee bags disappeared as if by magic, although that is more of an issue with the other guests. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment, and also to book through this website and not through Airbnb or Booking, which charge owners excessive commissions.

I liked this place because it was right in the center of Verona and I didn't use the car for 2 days. The cleanliness and air conditioning were very good. The room is a bit sparse (without a wardrobe) but overall good.

I am sorry to give negative reviews, but I am really puzzled about the experience received. I understand the Vinitaly period and the central location, but we paid a fortune for a room with an external bathroom. The room was furnished in an old-fashioned and basic way. At night we couldn't sleep due to the lack of suitable curtains with the street lamp shining directly in our eyes.

Buongiorno! Le rispondo cordialmente a tutte le sue osservazioni. Nel periodo Vinitaly il prezzo di tutte le strutture della città sono più alti per una normale dinamica di domanda e offerta. Il bagno è esterno alla camera, ma viene chiarito nella descrizione delle camere e viene ribadito dal host in sede di prenotazione sulla chat privata. Quindi, non reputo opportuna la sua critica. Infine, tutte le finestre sono dotate di scuri perfettamente funzionanti. È sufficiente chiudere gli scuri per evitare che la luce della strada entri in camera. La ringraziamo comunque per aver soggiornato da noi e le auguriamo una buona giornata.

Wonderful room, with balcony and two windows overlooking one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets in Verona. On the left, you can see the Lamberti Tower in Piazza delle Erbe, on the right, a short distance away, the Adige river flows and in a few steps you are in Veronetta, an unbeatable neighborhood for bars and late-night venues. The property is very clean, with a fridge and coffee machine available in the common area. The manager is friendly, laid-back, and always ready to help.

We stayed at this delightful bed and breakfast for a couple of days, and we were very pleased with the property. The location is fantastic, in the historic center and convenient to services. Giuliana, who gave us the room keys, was very kind and friendly and also gave us a lot of information about Verona. We all had a great time, including our little dog!

We stayed at this bed and breakfast for New Year's Eve. Great location, we never had to use transportation except for the station (10 minutes by bus). We had a small issue with the heating, and on the evening of 31/12 the very kind host took the trouble to solve the situation! Quiet apartment.

I stayed overnight with my boyfriend in this accommodation! The room and bathroom were very clean and well arranged. To reach the bathroom, you have to cross a small corridor but nothing serious. Coffee and water always available. Upon our arrival, we did not find the towels but we immediately contacted the manager who solved the problem promptly, excellent. The only drawback, if you arrive by car, is the parking which is not very close (the paid one), there are blue zones where you can park for a fee, but beware of reading the signs as the fine is just around the corner. Apart from that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

The bathroom is outside the room, the room has a basic decor mostly made with pallets and a very low double bed/cot. Breakfast is not provided, but there is a coffee machine. Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the rooms is non-existent. There are small grates on each door of the rooms (3 in the structure) and therefore everyone can hear everything. The bathroom of room M is large and has a shower. (There is no bidet, but they have installed a handheld shower, it's a pity that the hose leaks when used and everything gets flooded). The hot water is a sore point... unfortunately in the morning you have to rush to be the first to use the shower, otherwise you already know that you will have a nice cold shower. The location was excellent, and the view from the room overlooking Porta Leoni is truly beautiful. The host is very kind and helpful. I saw her at check-in and once when I forgot my house keys. However, she is available by phone. Otherwise, the B&B can be considered self-managed. 150 euros per night for this room, I don't find it a good value for money... but in an emergency, one can certainly adapt!

Quiet area, excellent location, a few minutes walk from the Arena, easily accessible through the main shopping street, also lit up in the evening. Excellent parking (charged), covered and guarded, a 10-minute walk away. Room for 4 people large and clean, with a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street, well lit through two windows and a French door. Comfortable beds and pillows. Only downside: the bathroom (large), although private, is not directly connected to the room but you have to pass through a common area (better to inform guests at the time of booking). A piece of advice: being a room for 4 people, it would be better to have two keys to avoid problems in case of non-simultaneous return to the property. Owner kind and helpful, punctual and attentive.

The B&B is located 10 minutes from the Arena of Verona and Piazza delle Erbe, 5 minutes from Juliet's balcony, and in a very central position, just a stone's throw away from the San Fermo Bus stop (reachable from the Station for example with numbers 11, 12 and 13). The management is very kind and practical. The only small drawback (which justifies the affordable price) is that the bathroom, clean and functional, is exclusively connected to the booked room but is not inside the room.

Well-located establishment in the city center, with a view overlooking the Porta Leoni. Very good coffees and teas offered at any time of the day. Large fridge available to share with the other 2 rooms. Very pleasant city rich in history. The city center is far from the train station, you can take a bus.
