Description

Our B&B "Il Capriolo Felice" is located in a small village inhabited by very few people, surrounded by woods and pastures. From here there are paths immersed in nature that will allow you to take relaxing walks and admire the valley and the woods below.

The B&B has 3 bedrooms all with private bathroom and TV two of these rooms have a small terrace and one of these has a mezzanine. The structure also has a kitchen with a dining table where breakfasts are served. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Then there is a room with an additional dining table, small sitting room, TV and library stocked with books, mountain magazines and hiking maps. Outside there is a large terrace and a green area. All areas are reached by free wi-fi.

Our delicious breakfasts can be both savory and sweet.

As part of the salty, we offer cold cuts, local cheeses and homemade bread.

As for the dessert, however, we offer homemade cakes that can be apple or various pies, etc..We also offer yogurt, milk, cereals, biscuits, jams produced by our farm "La Casa del Pastore", etc..

Our breakfasts can also be prepared according to the needs of intolerances and allergies.

The breakfast times are chosen by the guests according to their requests.

My husband and I decided to move to Montepiano about 15 years ago to try to revive this village hit by strong depopulation.

Back in 2006 we decided to get married and several animals were given to us as gifts. So, suddenly we found ourselves with a small farm and to make sense of all this we decided to start producing wool, adding a small orchard and a small vegetable garden.

5 years ago, we also opened a B&B where the breakfasts we offer are also made of our home-made products.

Today, our farm includes alpacas, llamas, dwarf sheep and donkeys that help keep the soil clean; also, for solving the problem of the wolf we bought some dogs, the shepherds of the Sila, who guard and defend the animals.

Great property and a very nice room in an equally beautiful setting; the road to reach it is a bit inconvenient for those coming from the plains and not used to mountain roads, but it is worth it to enjoy the surrounding scenery. The owner is very kind and helpful. We stayed only one night, but if we have the chance we will return because we felt very comfortable in every respect.

The BeB is in a wonderful location. The silence is absolute, surrounded only by greenery, trees, woods, and mountains. The interior is very nice, new, and very well-kept. The view is splendid. A place out of time.

We stayed for one night and we felt very good. Our room was huge, with even a fireplace inside and a loft with another double bed. Perfect breakfast, served in a small room, lots of delicious things, cakes, tigelle, cold cuts, Nutella, jam, cookies, cereals, etc. We will definitely come back.

We were only there for one night. Beautiful place in the middle of nature, very quiet but with all necessities nearby. A little path to get there, but it's worth it. Modern and well-maintained room. We stayed here after a day on the slopes in Folgaria. We had a great time, especially enjoying the breakfast and the availability to use the kitchen to warm up something to eat after the day out. Beautiful stylistic choices regarding the decor. Excellent family management and the welcoming atmosphere of this b&b, a greeting to Matilde, Fanny, and all the animals.

The area is absolutely quiet. Breakfast is normal. The room was okay, ours was the smallest, but I know that the others are larger. Mrs. Fanny is very kind, always active and never still, along with her two daughters. However, unfortunately, I must say that in the three days I stayed, they never came to reset the room or change the towels. The road to get to the B&B is very narrow; you hope never to meet anyone and the passage where you leave the car is equally narrow. Large cars have a lot of difficulty.

The peace and tranquility offered by Il Capriolo Felice - Agriturismo is unparalleled. Only the sounds of nature can be heard. Impeccable cleanliness. The room we were given was magnificent! Large and super comfortable. Excellent kindness and courtesy of the hosts. For children, it's a paradise as they have the opportunity to see and touch the animals up close! They also have a small shop where they sell their wool products! Beautiful! Impossible not to take some home! A place absolutely worth discovering and staying in! Thank you for everything... Lovely place within a small village, immersed in nature and surrounded by animals such as Alpaca, Lama, cows, Donkeys, Sheep, Dogs, and Cats. You will be pampered by the owners Fanny and Marco and their daughters Matilde and Sofia, who will make you feel better than at home. A fantastic breakfast mainly composed of local products will be served in the morning, during the day you can walk one of the many paths that start directly from the village either alone or in the company of Fanny or Marco along with the Alpaca. Pleasant temperature throughout the stay and especially at night, allows those like us coming from the city to fully enjoy the stay. Definitely a place we recommend both for young couples and families with children.
