Located in a quiet area of eastern Verona, just a short walk from the historic center of Monteforte d’Alpone, the Bed and Breakfast "I Tre Pini" is surrounded by the picturesque hills where the renowned wines "Soave Classico" and "Recioto di Soave" are produced.

Thanks to its strategic location, the B&B is an excellent starting point for visiting Verona, the romantic city of Juliet and Romeo, and Vicenza, famous for the architectural works of Palladio. From here, guests can also explore the beautiful Val d’Alpone, rich in natural, artistic, and food and wine attractions, as well as the entire Eastern Verona area, characterized by vineyards, ancient churches and castles.

Recently renovated, the property features two double rooms and one triple room, with the option of adding an extra bed. The Red Room is perfect for families, offering spacious accommodation for a comfortable stay, while the Blue and Brown Rooms are bright and welcoming, providing an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. All rooms are thoughtfully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, heating and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

In 2014, I decided to open this Bed and Breakfast to welcome guests looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay, conveniently located between Verona and Vicenza, in the heart of the historic Soave area. Passionate about cinema and literature, I enjoy spending my free time taking long walks through the hills where the renowned "Soave Classico" and "Recioto di Soave" wines are produced, a land rich in history, culture, and traditions that I am happy to share with my guests.

B&B "I Tre Pini" is located in a quiet area of eastern Verona, just a short walk from the historic center of Monteforte d’Alpone (Verona) and within the Soave Wine Road area.

Thanks to its history, monuments, food and wine production, and nearby transport links (Regional Road 11, the A4 Milan–Venice motorway, and the Milan–Venice railway line), the Soave area represents the third major tourist hub in the Verona region, after the city of Verona and Lake Garda.

It is an ideal base for those wishing to explore what is considered the most beautiful vineyard landscape in Europe, discovering its culture, scenery, and food and wine traditions.

From Monteforte d’Alpone, it is easy to travel by car to Verona (25 km, 15 minutes via the motorway), Lake Garda (50 km, 30 minutes via the motorway), Vicenza (30 km, 20 minutes via the motorway), and Padua (65 km, 45 minutes via the motorway).

The famous Gardaland theme park, located in Castelnuovo del Garda, can be reached in 30 minutes via the motorway. The A4 Milan–Venice motorway exit (Soave/San Bonifacio) is just 3 km from Monteforte.

Verona, Vicenza, and Padua can also be easily reached by train from San Bonifacio station, which is 3 km from Monteforte. Venice can be reached by train in approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes on a fast regional service.

Recently renovated property. About twenty minutes from Verona and half an hour from Vicenza. The host was responsive and generous with tips about the area. The rooms and the property were extremely clean. Reserved parking space. Excellent value for money.

Marco is a true host. He welcomes you more like a friend than as a guest. The room is spacious and clean, in a quiet part of the area. It will be a regular stop for my future stops when passing through the Verona area.

Spacious room with good A/C & WIFI. Private parking and quiet location a short walk from the local city center. Soave is less than 10 minutes drive away. Good bathroom. The host is very helpful.\nThe weakest point is the bed & mattress which is very noisy and not very comfortable as well as the breakfast which apart from a warm croissant and coffee only consist of plastic wrapped products with high sugar contents. Fresh juice and fruits would elevate the experience.\nNevertheless the owner Marco is a big asset trying to help you with info anyway he can.

La colazione che servo è "dolce" perché è la classica colazione italiana (fornisco la colazione "salata" solo su richiesta). Per quanto riguarda la frutta, ho sempre servito quella di stagione, soprattutto di mia produzione (in questo momento susine e albicocche). Comunque la ringrazio per i consigli.

I stayed at Marco's for only one night but I am completely satisfied with the treatment: very clean, spacious room and bathroom with all comforts, location at the foot of the hills with a view of the classic Soave vineyards, well-kept garden, parking space, location just a few km from the highway exit, kindness and availability of the manager. What more could you ask for? (Pay attention to the street name: there is another Zoppi who is not Moreno Zoppi, my navigator only gave me that one and I took the wrong road! But with Marco's directions, everything was solved.)

The structure is in a very quiet and super silent location in the village center. Very spacious rooms equipped with all comforts. Marco, a very kind host, provides lots of information about the area. Closed space for leaving bicycles and internal parking. We will definitely come back.

Excellent B&B, very nice and quiet, equipped with three spacious rooms. Impeccable cleanliness! It is in a beautiful area. From Monteforte, you can reach the village of Soave in no time. We visited the castle, absolutely a must-see. We saw the wine road, wonderful. Marco, the manager, kind and very helpful, informed us about possible food and wine routes to take in that area. He talked to us about the festivals and made us feel at home, even though we only stayed for one night. It has fruit trees and zero kilometer products. We will definitely return and strongly recommend going there. Thank you, Marco, and see you soon!

The property is fantastic. The location is central between Verona and Vicenza. You also have the possibility to visit many wineries. When you want a day of swimming or hiking, in less than an hour's drive you are at Lake Garda or in the mountains.\n\nHost Marco was amazing. He advised us on many places or activities to do. The communication was very good. We could ask him anything via WhatsApp or when he was around the house.\n\nI Tre Pini is definitely a B&B I would recommend or come back to myself.

Great location with several possibilities for a weekend with cultural, food and wine, nature, and fun destinations (Venice, Verona, Lake Garda, hills and vineyards of Soave). The B&B is located just outside the center of Monteforte in a quiet location, both the indoor and outdoor spaces of the property are well cared for. The room and bathroom are spacious, comfortable, bright, and very clean. The breakfast is varied and offers a good selection. Marco, the manager, was welcoming, precise, punctual, and indicated the various activities to do in the splendid territory where he lives. Thank you, we had a great time.

Cozy structure located in a quiet area, equipped with ample private parking. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the owner Marco who immediately showed his willingness regarding any personal needs that might arise. Well-sanitized, tidy, and heated environments are surely the result of the utmost care and attention devoted to the management of the structure. Excellent breakfast. The stay was obviously pleasant, which is why it is impossible not to recommend it.

Excellent establishment, well located, ground floor rooms of a pleasant house with a lovely garden, all the necessary comfort is there. Parking in the garden with remote control. Marco is a lovely, caring, and serious host. He enjoyed communicating with us in French and gave us good advice and recommended good restaurants. A big thank you to him for his hospitality. The structure is remarkable, immersed in greenery and tranquility but close to the city center. It is only 4 km from the highway entrance and Verona can be reached in 20 minutes. Mr. Marco is a delightful person, educated, expresses himself well and is very helpful for any last-minute request or problem that may arise. He manages the structure together with his mother, who is also a pleasant, helpful, and polite person. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms adequate, modern, and welcoming. I believe the quality-price ratio is unmatched. The breakfast is abundant and varied. And something negative, could someone object? Beautiful property in a quiet area with lots of greenery. The manager is a very kind person and attentive to all needs. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is plentiful.

I can highly recommend I Tre Pini. Marco is a very friendly host, the room was perfect, and the breakfast very good. It is very quiet there. The distance to the city center is nevertheless very short. It was all so no problem to store my bicycle in a safe place.

Very quiet location, total cleanliness, very polite and present manager, not only solved the issue of the shower water that turned cold after a while. Instead, immediately solved the heating problem in the room. Overall positive.

Clean, welcoming structure surrounded by a beautiful well-kept garden. Welcoming and knowledgeable owners. A truly excellent address, to recommend to relatives and friends. We will return.

We stayed at this lovely and welcoming B&B on the night of December 31st. Availability and courtesy are the flagship. Breathtaking panorama among the vineyards. Half an hour by car from Verona and Vicenza. I will definitely come back to spend a weekend of relaxation and peace, given the many events in the surrounding area recommended by Marco. Abundant breakfast and very spacious rooms.

Very nice room, very clean, spacious, everything new, very good beds, good shower. Quiet surroundings, nice garden with shaded seating area and grass for the kids to play on. We came by bike and we could park our bikes inside the garage. The hosts were very nice and gave us good advice about the area. Good breakfast with fresh rolls, yoghurt, fresh fruit and good coffee. Would recommend.

Even during our second stay at the B&B "I Tre Pini" we had a great time. The structure is excellent and the owners are very friendly. Abundant breakfast with local specialties prepared at home. The rooms are spacious and welcoming, and the garden offers moments of absolute relaxation in the beautiful season. Recommended for every occasion and visitor.

Beautiful place well taken care of both externally and internally also because it has been recently renovated, excellent cleanliness and a good breakfast to start the day, the kindness of the lady knows no bounds. Recommended!
