The three double rooms, each with a private entrance from the garden and en-suite bathroom, blend the charm of original materials – stone walls, exposed beams, and fireplaces – with all modern comforts, including air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation, featuring a spacious garden equipped for leisure and free parking available for guests.
Breakfast, made with fresh ingredients and homemade pastries, is served in the panoramic dining room or outdoors, where guests can enjoy views of the hills and rows of vines.

Very nice, spectacular view. There is a short stretch of dirt road to reach it, not very well lit at night, but nothing too problematic. The only drawback of the property is the soundproofing, but the place is so quiet that it is not very noticeable. Breakfast is good and plentiful, but must be booked the night before. Some less processed products would be preferable.

Ci fa piacere anche leggere le osservazioni costruttive: per quanto riguarda l’insonorizzazione, essendo una struttura di sole 3 camere immersa nella natura e ricavata da un edificio esistente, cerchiamo di garantire soprattutto un soggiorno rilassante e silenzioso. Sui prodotti della colazione ci teniamo invece a precisare che gran parte delle proposte sono artigianali o selezionate da piccole realtà locali, proprio per offrire qualcosa di genuino e non standardizzato. La prenotazione delle scelte per la colazione della sera precedente ci aiuta a preparare tutto fresco e a ridurre gli sprechi.

Excellent property, very clean room, B&B in a peaceful setting with a wonderful view. Easily reachable and a great base for visiting the surrounding area. If we decide to return to the Colli Euganei we will come back to Silvia.
