Hotel Ristorante Frizzolan

The hotel was built in 1880, when Veneto became part of Italy in 1866 and the country became a border area.

The name Frizzolan derives from Frizzolana, the old name of the town which also included the current municipality of Erbezzo. In 1501, the Ecclesia Nova was built on the foundations of a previous church, an event so important that it led to a name change to Chiesanuova. In 1621, the two municipalities separated, becoming the present-day Bosco Chiesanuova and Erbezzo.

We designed the hotel with an approach based on values such as family hospitality, authenticity, the enhancement of the territory, a passion for culinary tradition, and a love for local culture. The rooms are oriented and designed to offer a view of the surrounding nature, some even with panoramic views of Lake Garda. The interiors have been furnished to ensure maximum comfort and pleasure for guests.

Everything invites to a moment of sharing, relaxation, serenity, and pampering. On-site, we also offer the opportunity to taste and discover local products from Lessinia. Furthermore, the central location of the hotel is ideal to meet all needs for visiting and connecting with nature. Lessinia is rich in flora and fauna, from the majestic Golden Eagle to the spectacular Snowfinch, from the graceful Roe Deer to the friendly Marmot and the majestic Chamois. It is a true natural paradise where you can take walks or bike rides in amazing places. Within the Regional Park, you can also explore the Valley of the Sphynxes, characterized by the presence of large blocks of red ammonitic rock that mysteriously emerge.

The Ponte di Veja, the second largest natural arch in Europe, the trenches of Alta Lessinia, always different walks at every turn. For those seeking a cultural vacation, a network of museums tells the history of the populations that have inhabited the Lessinia plateau since the Paleolithic era. There are important discoveries about the life of Neanderthal man, the fossil fish of Bolca, and its museum, one of the most important in the world.

We also have a meeting room for small conferences or meetings, equipped with a 65" TV screen with internet connection, HDMI and USB input. For guests, there is also a game room for children, foosball, billiards, ping pong, wifi connection in all common areas and rooms. For bicycle and e-bike enthusiasts, we offer a charging station, an area to park bicycles, and a low-pressure washing service. Our latest addition is a 22 kW wall box for charging electric cars, at an additional cost. Completing the services available to customers are a sun terrace, a ski storage room, and a bicycle storage room. It is also possible to rent mountain bikes and take advantage of the shuttle service upon request, with a small contribution.
