Description
The B&B Gli Olmi is located in Creazzo in a quiet residential area. We have a double bedroom, two single debrooms. The rooms are furnished in modern style, with shared bathroom,, fan. The cleaning of the room is daily and there are no limitations for the return time.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer. Towels are provided in the room and there is also the possibility to use the kitchen to heat food and car parking.

Everything is fine. Nice room with ample dimensions. Large and very clean bathroom. The only drawback is the mattress, but for one night, as I did, one can adapt comfortably. Good breakfast and the owner is very helpful.

Ms. Gabriella is very courteous and helpful. The rooms and the bathroom are modern and clean. The breakfast is varied. The structure is located in a very quiet spot and near the main roads. I had a very good experience.

A wonderful place! Excellent cleanliness (the best I've seen), delicious breakfast with homemade pastries, and the owners were very kind with everything I needed, they made my stay magnificent. The location is very good, there are buses to Vicenza, and from there you can take the train to Verona, Padua, Treviso, Bassano. I would love to find a B&B like this everywhere I visit. Thank you very much, I hope to come back!

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, the order and organization of the structure, really well maintained. The breakfast includes 2 slices of bread, a slice of cake, a yogurt, rusks, jams and Nutella, on request I was brought some butter. Rice milk and coffee, tea and herbal teas are also available. Very well-kept environment, serious and attentive management even in the details. A gesture of courtesy could be the addition of water bottles in the fridge, in case the guest needs them, but it's a detail. Congratulations Gabriella!

Mi sembra comunque di essere stata disponibile a soddisfare altre sue richieste che comunque non erano di mia competenza. La prossima volta le consiglio di rivolgersi ad un Hotel -trattoria. I brought my mother after a very bad day on Wednesday evening through the common, the lady very courteous. The son an arrogant person, just because there were two people inside: my aunt and my partner started to get angry, "you can't stay here" and other things... Shame on him!

Non so cosa le abbia detto sua madre, ma non sono stato per niente arrogante, non mi sono arrabbiato ma ho solamente chiesto alle persone extra alloggiate cortesemente di non sostare oltre i tempi necessari all'interno della struttura, in seguito è stata sua madre ad arrabbiarsi ed a rispondere scortesemente. Inoltre, come mi sembra giusto, ho chiesto sempre cortesemente di liberare gli ambienti comuni della struttura da sacchetti e soprattutto dalle ciotole e dalla brandina del cane, oggetti che devono essere tenuti in camera per rispetto di altri eventuali clienti fruenti della struttura. Volevo ribadire che saremo stati lieti di ospitare sua madre e il fratello se avessero rispettato e si fossero comportati come normali clienti, e per inciso noi non siamo stati informati dal comune della situazione di sua madre. Con questo penso che la sua descrizione sia esagerata soprattutto con le ultime parole in cui dice che dovrei vergognarmi. Non ho mai mancato di rispetto a sua madre, non ho mai alzato la voce e non l'ho mai obbligata ad andarsene dalla struttura, ma ho solamente detto ciò che mi sembrava giusto e ciò che avrei detto a qualsiasi altro cliente che avesse tenuto quel comportamento all'interno della struttura.
