Located in the historic centre, in the Portello area, close to the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the university campus and the hospital, the property, located on the first floor of a historic building, offers two mini-apartments suitable for both short weekends and longer stays, in a welcoming and warm environment.
The mini ‘Erbe’ consists of a large open space comprising a living area with an induction hob kitchen and a separate bedroom with double bed. The living area leads to a bathroom with a shower. An intimate terrace overlooking the internal courtyard completes the apartment.
The mini ‘Frutta’ offers a bright living area with an induction hob kitchen, a bedroom (with double bed or two single beds) and a bathroom with a window and shower.
Both mini apartments offer the most comfortable amenities: Wi-Fi, coffee machine (pods), kettle, oven, microwave, sofa bed, television, dishwashing kit and vanity kit.

New, well-kept property, very bright in the living area, in a quiet setting. Precise hosts. The online check-in procedure is a bit long. It would be nice to have a slightly more informal and less technical exchange of information with the guest. In terms of correctness everything is perfect and so is the house. I certainly recommend staying at the property.

I stayed for two weeks and felt very comfortable. Spacious apartment, modern furnishings, appliances in good working order, especially for those who need to stay several days. The bedroom receives little natural sunlight. Excellent location, a short walk from the town center and the hospitals for those, like me, who needed them. Well served by a supermarket, pizzeria, pharmacy and bus stops. The host was very kind and helpful. If I were to return, I think I would choose the same accommodation.

Beautiful and brand-new mini-apartment, furnished with taste, minimal but with everything needed for a short stay. Great location, a slightly out-of-the-way and quiet area, but the city center and all main monuments are within a short walk.
