1-star bed and breakfast, offering room service and breakfast, with a garden and parking.

Family-run B&B, open all year round.

Available for corporate agreements.

We are located halfway between the beaches of Lido di Jesolo and Cavallino, between the Adriatic Sea (only 2 km away) and the Venice lagoon.

We are in an interesting position for those who want to stay outside the city (1.6 km from the urban area of Lido di Jesolo) but have the beach nearby (only 2 km away).

From our garni, it is easy to reach Venice and the islands of the lagoon. In fact, we are right on Provincial Road 42 to Punta Sabbioni, which leads directly to the ferry embarkation at Punta Sabbioni, which takes you to Venice near Piazza San Marco.

We are also in a strategic point for nature lovers, to discover the Venetian countryside and lagoon.

It has 15 rooms, including single, double, and multiple rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms with sink, toilet, and shower.

Furnished in a simple but welcoming style, they all have TV, Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning (extra), balcony with views of the harbor or countryside.

We do not have a beach spot, but the nearest beach to us (2 km away) is the free Faro beach.

The nearest bus stop is 800m away.

We have some bikes available for excursions.

Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed.

Attention: do not enter via Roma Dx 140 into the satellite navigator, as it will take you 7 km away from us!!!

We were very satisfied and had a wonderful week. Everything top clean, hosts very friendly and attentive. We had free loan bikes available every day. Only the bridge above with car traffic should be mentioned. However, the windows of the room were soundproof.

Very clean room and comfortable bed with a good mattress. Despite a road passing nearby, you don't hear the traffic in the room. Very nice and pleasant owner who speaks German.

I chose this hotel because it immediately seemed to be in a good location to spend a weekend at the seaside of Jesolo and also because it seemed to offer an excellent value for money. Honestly, with only one star and considering that the structure was full, I was ready to expect a lower level of comfort than what I actually received. The owner was very kind, very attentive to our needs and those of our children; moreover, on his own initiative, he reduced the cost of the room because he couldn't give us the one he initially imagined. In my opinion, it would deserve at least two stars. If available, I suggest booking the room overlooking the countryside.
