For your stay we offer you a choice of various apartments, divided into two structures:
The "GARDESANA ACTIVE APARTMENTS", central location & "LA DEPENDANCE" surrounded by nature, with swimming pool 800 metres from the centre.

The "Gardesana Active Apartments", its location is strategic and is on the edge of the medieval centre of Malcesine with private parking only 100 metres away. Within walking distance you will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, the cable car, the beaches and the harbour. The apartments are very comfortable, modern and of various types. Below the building you will find the ACTIVE BAR, offering a variety of breakfasts and snacks, and our ACTIVE BIKE STORE (run by Pietro, Carolina's brother) where you can rent E-bikes with a discount for our customers. Ideal for families who want a comfortable holiday.

In the "LA DEPENDANCE", only 800 metres from the centre, we offer you two apartments with stunning views of Malcesine and Lake Garda. Surrounded by olive trees and oleanders, in a quiet and reserved environment. Included in the price you can use the new swimming pool, the two tennis courts, the large garden with children's playground and the private car park; with a stay of min. 5 nights you can use our private parking in the centre of Malcesine for free. Just a stone's throw away you will find two excellent restaurants with local cuisine and the start of the paths to Monte Baldo. Ideal for couples, sports people, as well as for families who want peace and comfort.

Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating and air conditioning, (except for the LA DEPENDANCE apartments) wifi, bicycles and storage.

The apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen, TV, hair dryer, mirror, safe; on request we provide a cot for children 0-2 and high chair.

Carolina Monaci, manager, will be available at Reception in the morning for information while her son Federico will welcome you at check-in.
