The apartment is located in Punta Sabbioni, just 5 minutes from the ferry to Venice and the islands of Burano, Murano, and Torcello, and an hour from Marco Polo Airport.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is situated in a peaceful location with a private garden in front, equipped with a sun lounger, umbrella, table, and chairs. It consists of a bedroom with 2/4 beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

Satellite TV, a spacious garden, and parking are available. Our guests can also freely use the bicycles provided, which can be used to explore the coastline and the nearby northern lagoon, as well as to reach the beach, located 2 km away from the accommodation.

Strategic location for those who want to visit Venice and the islands. Even though we only found the room, we had a great time. The kindness of Mrs. Marisa was excellent as she allowed us to have breakfast and provided us with a mini fridge.\n\nIf I were to give a piece of advice, I would suggest adding, instead of two or three wardrobe doors, a small kitchenette and a fridge that, in addition to an outdoor table, can also provide the opportunity to prepare meals.

I stayed at Appartamenti Giardino al Mare Fratter Ladimiro in August. Perfect location to reach the Vaporetto to Venice on foot (5 minutes) or the beach of Ca Savio (5 minutes by bicycle). Therefore, you can move freely without depending on the car. If you are interested in going to Lido di Jesolo, please note that it is 20 km from here. The owner is very nice and helpful, she lent us the bicycle, gave us information on what to see in the area, and gifted us some bus tickets. It is a brick house, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor porch. Garden around. To be an independent house (not an apartment in a building), with a garden, the price is good. Kitchen and bedrooms are clean, there are dishes, pots, Wi-Fi, etc. The only drawback is the bathroom; it is not dirty, but the toilet and the shower on the floor are attached and separated by a plastic curtain. When entering, there is the sink first, then the shower, then the toilet. If I take a shower and then someone else enters to use the toilet, they will find the floor flooded, and it is not very hygienic to have the toilet next to the shower on the floor. Flip-flops are recommended for taking a shower. This is the only drawback; other than that, everything is really okay.
