Description
The apartment is located in Punta Sabbioni, just 5 minutes from the ferry to Venice and the islands of Burano, Murano, and Torcello, and an hour from Marco Polo Airport.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is situated in a peaceful location with a private garden in front, equipped with a sun lounger, umbrella, table, and chairs. It consists of a bedroom with 2/4 beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

Satellite TV, a spacious garden, and parking are available. Our guests can also freely use the bicycles provided, which can be used to explore the coastline and the nearby northern lagoon, as well as to reach the beach, located 2 km away from the accommodation.

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Posto strategico per chi vuole visitare Venezia e le isole. Anche se abbiamo trovato solo la camera siamo stati benissimo, la gentilezza della Signora Marisa è stata eccellente dato che ci ha permesso di fare colazione e dotato di un mini frigo. Se dovessi dare un consiglio le direi di aggiungere, al posto di due o tre ante di armadio, un piccolo angolo cottura e un frigo che, in aggiunta di un tavolo all'esterno, può dare la possibilità anche di prepararsi da mangiare.

Ho alloggiato presso Fratter Ladimiro in Agosto. - Collocazione perfetta per raggiungere il vaporetto per Venezia a piedi (5 minuti) o la spiaggia di Ca Savio (5 minuti in bicicletta). Per cui potete muovervi liberamente senza dipendere dall'automobile. Se invece vi interessa andare al Lido di Jesolo sappiate che da qui è a 20 Km. - Proprietaria molto simpatica e disponibile, ci ha prestato la bicicletta, dato informazioni su cosa vedere in zona e regalato alcuni biglietti per il pullman. - Si tratta di una casetta in muratura, con 2 camere, cucina, bagno e portico esterno. Giardino attorno. - Per essere una casa autonoma (non un appartamento in uno stabile), con anche il giardino, il prezzo è buono. - Cucina, camere pulite, ci sono stoviglie, pentole, wi-fi, ecc - Unica pecca: il bagno, non è sporco ma il wc e la doccia a pavimento sono attaccati e separati da una tenda di plastica. Entrando c'è prima il lavandino, poi la doccia, poi il wc. Se io mi faccio la doccia poi entra un altro che deve usare il wc si troverà il pavimento allagato e poi è poco igienico il wc con la doccia a pavimento. Consigliate le ciabatte di plastica per fare la doccia. Questa è l'unica pecca, per il resto davvero ok.
