Hi everyone, my name is Laura, I'm mother, grandmother and dominant dog of Kody, our "Bovaro del Bernese" dog.: -)
Sometime life changes abruptly its direction, so I took-out my childhood dream to open a Bed and Breakfast, so I realized "Fra Rose e Mughi".

I like to face other people and look after my guests in the relaxing and smooth atmosphere of this small bijoux located in a astonishing landscape. I am so proud of it!
This small place keeps tha love I feel for things which make memory wander along time and spreads a comfortable climate.

Area mid-centre

It is located in Domegge di Cadore directly on the route of the Cadore center crossing, a walk that alternates typical mountain villages with lush forests and meadows to be done on foot or by mountain bike.

The B&B is also an excellent starting point for excursions to the numerous refuges that surround it.

Some refuges remain open even in winter, reachable by ski mountaineering, snowcat or to experience the thrill with a helicopter! Near the B&B, the Dolomites bike path starts with bike rental and reservations for alternative guided routes at Tennis Marmarole.

Within a radius of 40 km, there are numerous ski resorts (Auronzo di Cadore, Cortina d'Ampezzo, San Vito di Cadore, Comelico).

Pieve di Cadore Hospital is a 10-minute drive away.

The place is situated in a location with a spectacular view and the interiors are no less! We stayed in the smallest room, but all the comforts were there and the space was more suitable for hosting 2 people.

I was immediately impressed by the photos of this property that did not disappoint my expectations. The stay was unforgettable in every aspect. The location and position of the property are super romantic, the interiors are furnished with style and taste, the cleanliness is excellent, the attention to detail is impeccable as well as the availability and courtesy of the manager. Not to mention the breakfast. Absolutely perfect, starting from the impeccable mise en place that shows a taste and attention to detail of Mrs. Laura - the owner of the property - unsurpassed. Fantastic. The landlady, Laura, welcomed us with great professionalism and affection, making us taste, already from the welcome, the warmth of the mountain wood. The structure is located at the top of the village of Domegge, easy to reach by car and offers a spectacular view over the entire Lake of Centro Cadore and the surrounding mountains, hard to find a more breathtaking view. Excellent cleanliness, everything taken care of in the smallest details without betraying the characteristics of mountain houses: wood and stone. Breakfast where 'abundance' reigns supreme. Perfect stay for any type of traveler: single, couple, and family. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this property for 4 days with a couple of friends and our furry puppies. Beautiful property, meticulously cared for by Mrs. Laura, very kind and friendly. From the property you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Cadore and the surrounding mountains, especially from the terrace that gives the B&B an extra touch. Excellent breakfast with typical local products and sweets personally prepared by Mrs. Laura. If you are looking for a place to relax your mind and body, the B&B Fra Rose e Mughi is the right place.

We stayed for four nights in this beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Welcomed with extreme kindness by Mrs. Laura, we immediately appreciated the remarkable location overlooking Lake Cadore and the surrounding mountains. Tastefully and consistently furnished, as well as spotlessly clean, the place immediately gives a sense of familiarity and intimacy that is not easy to find everywhere. The abundant and quality breakfasts, enjoyed in the room with large windows, make the start of the day truly pleasant. Equally pleasant in the evening when, before going to sleep, you can prepare a herbal tea with a wide choice of flavors. We would like to highlight again the kindness and availability of Mrs. Laura. Very likely a return from us. (Prices definitely appropriate to the quality).
