It's a peaceful location with a view of the countryside, yet conveniently close to both the highway exit and the train station. It's an ideal place for moments of relaxation and tranquility.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for two nights and we were very pleased and happy. The accommodation is equipped with everything, the owner made sure the breakfast matched what you preferred, and the location is great: fifteen minutes on foot to the center of Peschiera. Mrs. Barbara was very kind and helpful in every way. If we return to that area, we will definitely stay again.

We spent 4 nights at Mrs. Barbara's and immediately felt at home. The room was spacious, bright, air-conditioned and had a large bathroom available. The breakfast was excellent and varied. There is also space in the fridge to store your belongings. It is a bit far from the centre (about 15/20 minutes on foot) but I highly recommend it. Mrs. Barbara was very kind and helpful.

The property is very new and clean, with a very smart design. My stay here was quite pleasant, thanks to the owner, Barbara, who is very helpful and kind-hearted. There is a nice supermarket, Orvea, quite near the property, as well as the train station. It was a great deal to stay here, and I'd definitely like to come back.

This is the second time I have stayed in this B&B, the owner is very kind and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and also equipped with air conditioning. Parking space in the courtyard. The breakfast is abundant. Very close to the center of Peschiera. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed at El Caracol for just one night. We felt very good, it seemed like we had arrived at a relative's house, the warmth you expect in a B&B. Room with very clean bathroom, breakfast with warm bread and croissant was delicious. The parking inside the property was very appreciated. The possibility of using the shared fridge was very useful given the 37 degrees that were there. We will gladly return.

We stayed on the 22nd and 23rd of June. Nice quiet location, spacious, clean, beautiful and welcoming room in its simplicity. The bathroom lacks nothing, then what about Mrs. Barbara! Kind, polite, nice person who puts guests at ease making them feel at home; also excellent and abundant breakfast, with croissants (the day before she asked what kind of brioches we liked), milk, coffee, juice, yogurt, cereals, fruit, toast, bread, butter, and jam. We will definitely come back.

Very nice property. Managed impeccably. Excellent breakfast. Car parking inside the property. Despite a small nighttime issue (child feeling unwell), Mrs. Barbara managed it excellently. Definitely a property to consider for a possible return to the lakeside.

Really helpful and kind manager. The cleanliness is top-notch. Really beautiful room, both the bedroom and the spacious bathroom. Breakfast with a fresh brioche from the bakery, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, rusks, and various spreads. Quiet area despite being close to the highway. It also has a small private outdoor parking lot, but I think it wouldn't even be a problem to leave the car on the side of the road as it is not busy. I was very happy and would gladly return.

Nice structure located about 800 meters from the center of Peschiera and 1 km from the train station. I arrived almost by chance, after problems with another booking, but it was a great find. The location is a bit secluded but the rooms are nice and clean, each with its own bathroom. The owners are very helpful. However, I only stayed for one night and already had my itinerary planned, so I didn't ask for suggestions about the area. They were very willing to secure my bike in the part of the house that is their residence. The breakfast is sweet, simple but abundant (milk, coffee, croissants, bread, various spreads, juice, yogurt, fruit).

B&B near the center of Peschiera. Very spacious and well-equipped room. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Affordable price with breakfast included, she made us find pandoro and panettone. Really recommend.

Very nice room on the outskirts of Peschiera. We were traveling by bike - so it was no problem for us. If you are good at walking, the city center is easily reachable on foot! Barbara, the owner, takes enchanting care of her guests and is always helpful for any questions. The parking is closed with a gate on the property. The house was renovated/rebuilt two years ago and everything is very neat and clean. For breakfast there were fresh rolls and delicious croissants. Upon request, we were allowed to use a shared refrigerator to cool some personal items. Value for money was suitable for us.

The stay at El Caracol by Barbara was short but pleasant! Barbara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The location is great because it is very close to the center of Peschiera and a few minutes by car from Gardaland, but in a quiet area with little traffic. The only negative aspect is that you can hear the other guests a lot when they are in the common area, but just bringing a pair of earplugs solved the problem! If we were to return to Peschiera, we would definitely come back to stay here! Thanks again to Barbara and her husband for their hospitality!
