Run by a family passionate about food and the environment, this place is half an hour from Venice. A special retreat with private beach!
Why stay in Venice, when half an hour away (by boat or train) lies this estate, deeply rural and a sandal stroll to a private beach space at Eraclea Mare?
The family farm (mostly beef) is going strong but it's daughter Francesca who runs the show. And what a splendid show it is: an airy reception bright with art by cousin Lorenzo; a huge garden with barbecue and big swimming pool; an inexpensive restaurant whose young chef cooks with passion (ask about the half-board option); and a little shop selling home-grown produce you can cook yourself.
The apartments are fabulously well-equipped: simple stylish bedrooms dressed in earthy tones, luxurious bathrooms, dreamy kitchens. You can tell the family care about the environment and love seasonal, organically grown food – some of the produce comes from the fields outside. Local staff give a great performance, smile spontaneously and do their utmost to make you feel part of the family, even when they're packed out in summer. A poster in reception sums it all up: "Good company, good wine, good welcome: good people. "

Excellent location, very hospitable and attentive! Very good food, very friendly. Huge swimming pool, everything nice and clean, just a stone's throw from the sea (we were often almost alone on the beach!) - sometimes also in the pool. Where else can you find this? THANK YOU, we will come back.:)
P.S.: those looking for peace will find it here. Those who need noise and action can go to the nearby Eraclea Mare or Caorle, not far by car.

Optimal location even for families with very young children. Private beach very comfortable and well-kept. Five-star pool for both adults and children. The park is very well maintained. Parking available for the apartments, covered and well maintained. Recommended structure. We leave tomorrow, June 21st, after a 30-day stay with a bit of melancholy for having spent a truly beautiful holiday. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff.

Beautiful structure, well maintained and cared for. A bit chaotic the check-in/out, perhaps also because of how the desk is positioned. Not very kind the person in charge of breakfast, at least with us.
