I stayed several times in this apartment and I must say it has always been a relaxing and pleasant stay. The apartment is located inside a beautiful villa and is very spacious and well furnished. The bedroom is quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is very clean and equipped with everything needed. The kitchen is stocked with everything necessary to prepare meals and I also appreciated the self-service breakfast that the hosts provide for guests: coffee pods, juice, jam and croissants. It was really convenient to be able to prepare breakfast without going anywhere and according to my own schedule and preferences. The outdoor garden is well maintained and offers an oasis of peace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying free time, with a space under the porch dedicated to guests for eating and relaxing. The owner, Mario, is truly helpful and kind, always ready to provide assistance and advice to make the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax and enjoy nature in Treviso and the surrounding area.

A very quiet and pleasant place. Mario is very kind and stays in contact at all times for anything you may need. The garden is beautiful. The interior space has everything you need for a short stay alone or as a couple. Breakfast is self-service: there are pastries, capsule coffee, milk, juice... a bit of everything. That said, they are industrial products left at your disposal in the house.

The property is very nice, set inside an elegant villa and located in a quiet area, away from traffic but just a few kilometers from the town center (for those who enjoy running, the distance is about 3.5 km, so it is easily reachable on foot). Breakfast is served packaged, in line with current regulations. The room has two single beds, a solution that may be less comfortable for those looking for a double/king-size bed. The owner is very kind and helpful: a real added value. The porch is also beautiful, giving the property a particular charm and a very pleasant extra. Overall, an ideal stay for a couple of nights. Recommended!

Apartment in a wonderful villa very close to the racetrack where the event we were interested in took place and just a few minutes from the center of the charming Treviso. Car parking in the garden. Very well-kept outdoor space, porch with table and small lounge. The owner was very nice and very helpful. Absolutely recommended. We will definitely return.

Excellent apartment in a residential area, with a bar and pizzeria just below the house. Convenient parking, on the outskirts of Treviso but very comfortable for accessing the city or leaving it.

Excellent facility both in terms of type and the services it offers, impeccable cleanliness not to be underestimated in Bed and Breakfasts. Even though breakfast is not provided, the managers had a great idea to include it in the stay. The owners are really helpful even regarding extra requests, and always reachable in a very short time. Excellent value for money! I will definitely return, highly recommended for those who want to stay in the municipality of Treviso.

On the B&B page it is written "Villa surrounded by garden, with exclusive parking space." And 2 rooms are indicated, but it is not explained that one of the rooms is in the villa (where I presented myself and where I thought I would stay) while the other "la Molinella" is located on the third floor of an anonymous and sad condominium where the abundant breakfast consists of a small coffee pod machine (which after minimal use has leaked liquids), rusks and 2 snack cakes, I believe from Eurospin or similar, some small jars of jam and a few anonymous coffee pods. All self-service because after a hasty presentation, the cold owner collected the due amount and left us asking to leave the keys on the table before departure. After visiting dozens and dozens of B&Bs I can guarantee that this one is to be placed in the very lowest part of the ranking, both as a location and as hospitality.

My wife and I stayed only one night as we came from Rome to pick up the car at a dealer in Treviso. What can I say, everything was fine. Stunning location with no defects, cleanliness, comfort in reaching Corso della Repubblica in 5 minutes. 200 meters away there's Dino where you can eat very well. Mr. Mario is a friendly and wonderful person. Highly recommended for the quality-price ratio. Immersed in greenery with a beautiful private garden at disposal without taking away anything from the veranda.
