On the ground floor there is a private Bathroom and Bedroom for disable people. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS.
Available for all the guests there’s the KITCHEN, which is bright, warm and colorful, in the morning arranged with a full BREAKFAST: croissants, bread, butter and jam, yogurt, cornflakes, fruit juices, milk, coffee with mocha.

"Dimora di Bosco" inaugurated in October 2012, stems from my personal experience as a former sales agent often away from home for entire weeks due to work reasons. The search for a dwelling.. the name is not a coincidence.. (also because blackberries grow in the garden during the summer).. well-maintained, clean, youthful yet familiar, thus became a priority in order to not feel too lonely, but a little more at home.
The possibility of preparing a quick dinner in peace without always having to resort to restaurants is also a great advantage! That's why I renovated this semi-detached house, which is very spacious and well-suited to meet these needs, as it features bright, cozy, soundproofed rooms, all with private bathrooms and positioned on staggered floors for more privacy.
My commitment is directed towards both business guests and guests for cultural and non-cultural tourism, cycling tours, spa stays, who are seeking tranquility, privacy, and a "home away from home" feeling.
I provide the guests with the keys for total autonomy.

Very nice property, the courteous owners were attentive and helpful in meeting our schedule needs and requirements. It is located in a beautiful quiet area with several amenities. The room had all the necessary comforts. If we return to the area, we will definitely come back.

We stayed a few days in this cozy structure that is easily reachable by car. Our room was spacious, bright, nicely furnished and comfortable. The managers of the structure are very kind, attentive, and available to provide information about the area. We really liked it and hope to come back! Recommended.

The structure is very satisfying, located in a residential area that is ideal for quiet stays. Bathroom in the room with careful and complete equipment for a pleasant stay. There is also a television in the room even if too small compared to the size of the room. The gentlemen who manage the B&B are very kind, caring, and precise. Excellent value for money.

Unfortunately, I stayed only one night with my family because we were passing through to another destination, but I found everything one would expect from a bed and breakfast. Beautiful structure and a few minutes from Padua, comfortable and clean room, excellent welcome (feeling at home), good breakfast in the garden. Definitely to repeat if I find myself in the Padua area again.

We arrived on the wrong day and they were so kind and understanding that they allowed us to change our reservation as they had an available room. They were super helpful and even ordered us a pizza from their favorite place and had it delivered to us. We were very tired after two days of travel without sleep from the United States and just wanted to rest. They were very nice and took care of us from the moment we arrived until check-out! They even arranged a taxi for us the next morning to take us to our destination. I am definitely coming back here for a longer stay!

I stayed at Dimora di Bosco for ten days and I must say I had a great time. The owners welcomed me in the best way and throughout my stay, Mr. Francesco, early in the morning, would have breakfast ready for me. This kindness before 7 in the morning was not present in other places I've visited. The room is comfortable, equipped with everything needed and also quiet. Finally, I would like to compliment Catia and Francesco for their availability and friendliness.

Our holiday in Veneto starts with a pleasant surprise: 'Dimora di Bosco' room & breakfast (where we chose to stay) introduced us to the owners Katia and Francesco, two truly special people who are available for every need. Impeccable hospitality, quiet area just a few minutes from Padova. The rooms are very clean and equipped with every comfort, each with its own bathroom. Abundant breakfast with fresh pastries and coffee in the classic moka pot made at the moment by Francesco, also served outside among the flowers. Maximum availability in satisfying our requests regarding lactose intolerance issues. Ample free parking nearby. With the kindness, availability, and serenity of Katia and Francesco, we really felt at home. For the future, 'Dimora di Bosco' will definitely be our reference point.

La casa è nuova e ben tenuta, i proprietari sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. La stanza era pulita ed ordinata e la colazione è risultata essere soddisfacente. Il tutto ad un prezzo molto competitivo. Sicuramente è da consigliare e se dovessi ripassare da quelle parti, sicuramente ci ritornerei.

Siamo stati in questo luogo per 2 giorni a Giugno, tutto molto pulito, confortevole e personale cordiale.

Ne ho girati tanti ma l'atmosfera, la cordialità, il calore, la disponibilità che ho trovato dalla Katia credo sia difficile trovarlo da qualche altra parte. Le stanze sono dei piccoli gioielli, coccole e comode di ogni comfort, ma ripeto, quello che rende tutto più unico è l'atmosfera che è riuscita a creare Katia. Lo consiglierò a chiunque. Io ed il mio amico ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per il concerto degli Scorpions. Non mi era mai capitato di sentire addirittura le lenzuola profumate, complimenti.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato il week end scorso in questo B&B, in occasione del concerto di Ligabue.
Beh, è stato come sentirsi a casa. Franco ci ha accolto cordialmente, mettendoci a disposizione la camera benché fossimo in anticipo sull'orario di arrivo, e dimostrandosi gentile e disponibile tutto il tempo del pur breve soggiorno. La camera molto carina, curata e pulitissima, la casa inserita in un contesto molto tranquillo e silenzioso (abbiamo dormito come sassi), con un bel giardino e una zona all'ombra dove abbiamo fatto un'abbondante colazione la mattina dopo, con un bel sole e la discreta gentilezza di Franco che si preoccupava che non volessimo ancora altro.
Mi spiace non aver incontrato la moglie Katia, fuori Padova, che al telefono si era dimostrata molto carina e gentile sin dal momento della prenotazione (mi ha chiamata sul cellulare per avvertirmi che le era rimasta solo una camera, dicendo che le piaceva avere un rapporto più umano con i potenziali clienti piuttosto che comunicare solo con una "sterile mail").
Quindi, a chi voglia visitare Padova (e non abbia l'esigenza di essere in centro, da cui dista 7 km), o debba partecipare ad un concerto allo stadio, consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Ho avuto nel recente passato qualche esperienza di B&B ma non mi ero mai sbilanciata nei giudizi. In questo caso ho sentito subito che dovevo comunicare agli altri la mia esperienza più che positiva: pulizia, camere silenziosissime e moderne, possibilità di farsi in camera un the o una tisana.
Ma quello che ti colpisce è l'estrema disponibilità e simpatia dei gestori, Katia e il marito Francesco, pronti a soddisfare la minima richiesta.
Insomma, un'accoglienza e una permanenza "coi fiocchi".

Siamo stati due notti in questa bella struttura, ringraziamo la signora Katia per la sua gentilezza e per il pensiero gentile che ha avuto per noi, facendoci trovare dei fiori sul letto per il nostro anniversario di nozze, sono queste piccole (o grandi) cose che ti fanno apprezzare il B&B piuttosto che l'albergo. Siamo stati presso il B&B "Dimora di Bosco" tra il 6 e l'8 Settembre, dovevamo partecipare ad un matrimonio nelle vicinanze. Di solito questi posti servono solo come appoggio per poter visitare i dintorni o per poter avere un luogo dove soggiornare tra un evento e l'altro, ma "Dimora di Bosco" ti accoglie in un ambiente così ospitale, ben organizzato e pieno di cortesia che ti fa venir voglia di rimanere lì nel comodo giardino in compagnia dei proprietari che ti sembra all'improvviso conoscere da sempre. È un luogo vicino a tutto ciò che serve, comodo pulito e che ti fa venire voglia di ritornarci appena potrai prenderti una nuova piccola vacanza dalla caotica città, ve lo consiglio anche se non vorrei farlo perché più persone lo conosceranno più sarà difficile trovare posto la volta successiva.

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio nella nostra prima esperienza in un B&B. Ospitalità squisita in un clima familiare e cortese. Camere arredate con gusto ed estremamente pulite, così come tutta la struttura. Abbiamo apprezzato la grande disponibilità ed efficienza di Katia che, sempre sorridente, ci ha accolto anche in orari "scomodi". Grazie Katia, non mancheremo di segnalare la tua "dimora" a tutti i nostri amici.

Ti danno le chiavi e vai e vieni quando vuoi, più a casa di così (e magari te le scordi in camera e resti chiusa fuori). Tranquillo, pulito, intimo, ottimo il letto e il bagno. Fin qui normale in una buona struttura, ma alla Dimora Bosco c'è quel qualcosa in più che fa la differenza. L'accoglienza gioviale e la disponibilità di Katia, per non parlare della colazione arricchita dalle torte prodotte dal gentile marito. Sarò a Padova un altro weekend in aprile, ho già prenotato.

In questi tempi spesso di spersonalizzazione, fa sempre piacere incontrare persone di cuore, aperte e disponibili come Katia e anche il marito Francesco. Così, grazie. Per il ricevimento ad un'ora relativamente tarda di sabato, per averci lasciato transitare in cucina tardi al mattino, per aver avuto piccole ma importanti attenzioni come quella dei fiori freschi sul tavolo e-o la candelina accesa per la cena romantica del sabato. Io e Mauro eravamo in fuga romantica e abbiamo trovato una cornice più che ideale e accogliente. Katia, ancora auguri di cuore per la tua attività che pubblicizzeremo sicuramente e per la tua-vostra Vita. Un abbraccio con affetto e speriamo di rivederci. Un bacio da noi.

Difficile trovare la perfezione in una struttura ma direi che questa si avvicina molto all'idea che posso avere io di perfezione. Camere completamente ristrutturate con stile, grande cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Quando sono entrata nel bagno della stanza ciclamino la mia esclamazione è stata "meglio di quello di casa mia!". Accoglienza e servizio impeccabili che fanno davvero sentire di essere i benvenuti. Per non parlare della colazione, raramente mi era capitato di trovare in un B&B così tanta scelta ed una buonissima ciambella allo yogurt fatta in casa. Poi vorrei davvero ringraziare di cuore il gestore (che in realtà stava solo sostituendo la moglie influenzata e che non fa quello come lavoro) che in modo molto premuroso ci ha persino regalato bottigliette d'acqua e frutta per il pranzo al sacco che ci stavamo preparando. Grazie mille. Tornerò sicuramente in questo posto al più presto.

In pratica siamo appena tornati a casa e già ci manca la Dimora di Bosco.
Ciao, siamo appena tornati a casa, siamo stati a Rubano, a Canale Italia io e la mia compagna e una coppia di amici. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e la signora Katia è gentilissima, le camere ben curate e pulitissime e sembra di stare a casa. Ottima colazione, e poi la signora Katia è una persona squisita, ci ha fatto il nome di un ristorantino casereccio per fare pranzo e cena e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
La Dimora di Bosco la consiglio vivamente a tutti, a me ha fatto fare un figurone con i miei amici.

Molto carina la struttura, buona l'organizzazione ed i colori delle stanze; le quali sono molto ampie e dotate di tutto (dal sapone che non è scontato trovare, al bollitore per un tè).
Ottima l'accoglienza degli ospiti, anche quando questi sono accompagnati dai loro amici cani.

Per motivi di lavoro sono ormai anni che passo almeno un paio di giorni la settimana nella zona di Padova e ho quindi frequentato molti alberghi, ma un ambiente così caldo, cordiale, pulito e discreto, lontano dalla confusione ma comunque vicino alla città e alle vie di comunicazione. Non l'avevo mai trovato. Ideale per chi deve spostarsi per lavoro come me (ed economico). Complimenti.

Ho avuto fortuna di conoscere questa nuova struttura in occasione di quest'ultimo Capodonno.
È venuto a trovarmi un carissimo amico d'infanzia che desiderava dormire in una pensione per essere più libero.
Certo nè lui ne tantomeno io, ci aspettavamo un posto tanto carino.
Profumato di nuovo, arredato con gran gusto ma più di tutto accogliente.
I titolari sono stati estremamente gentili, oserei direi "famigliari".
Ho trovato una cortesia che dava proprio il senso di "casa". Federico è ripartito portandosi un gran bel ricordo e persino i panini da loro preparati.
Auguro tanta tanta fortuna a Katia e il marito per aver saputo offrire non solo qualità e prezzo eccezionali ma una grande simpatia. Adesso ho una vera dimora dove portare i miei amici e parenti quando vengono qui, a Padova.

Struttura nuovissima, curatissima e bellissima immersa nella pace e nel verde della laboriosa zona tra Vicenza e Padova, curata in ogni dettaglio da "Caterina" che offre agli ospiti per colazione anche prodotti tipici locali. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura sentendomi veramente a casa, accolto dalla proprietaria con un sorriso rassicurante e una cordialità unica in una casa fresca di ristrutturazione con mobilia nuovissime. La stanza pulitissima profumava di ciclamino, colazione ricca di scelta e fantasia. L'unica nota stonata: la partenza.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare solo per una notte, per motivi di lavoro, in questo nuovo B&B nei pressi di Padova. Oltre all'accogliente struttura e alla saporita colazione mi ha deliziato la stupenda cordialità della titolare. Mi son sentito a casa mia. Sicuramente ci tornerò.
