Location and style
Our apartment is located in an environment surrounded by enchanting mountains in the Dolomites, 20 km from Cortina d'Ampezzo, an Olympian city in 1956 and shortly in 2026, you can admire Monte Pelmo and Antelao.
The area in which we find ourselves and the surrounding places offer our guests the possibility of fully enjoying the riches and beauties of our areas thanks to the precious suggestions of the managers. 40 minutes from the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Misurina. 30 minutes from the Cinque Torri, Nuvolau, Passo Giau and Lagazuoi with its refuges in the high mountains, in a place with a spectacular view.
In the surroundings of our structure it will be possible to find sports, free time, relaxation, bicycles, ski slopes in nearby Cortina d'Ampezzo and San Vito di Cadore and all that which enriches a holiday.
You can find excellent restaurants and pizzerias nearby and two farmhouses with an educational farm.
Our facility is the perfect place for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, for meetings and business stays, for a dream vacation in a discreet, romantic setting, for lovers of the silence of nature and tranquillity. Away from the city.
Structure features
Two bedrooms are available to our customers, one double and one twin, a bathroom with a small tub and shower included, heated rooms, the possibility of returning at any time of the night, parking, kitchen and living room.
During your stay you can practice the following activities: trekking, cycling/mountain biking, downhill and cross-country skiing.
The apartment has a TV in the living room / kitchen, there is no Wi-Fi.
You will be welcomed and assisted by the manager who can speak Italian, English.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Other notes

The apartment includes the kitchen with the possibility of self-preparation of food and drinks. We do not offer breakfast, not are food included, these are the responsibility of the guest. There is a mini market 50 meters away where you can buy fresh and preserved food.
There is a dishwasher and washing machine. There is no WiFi. The apartment is located in a condominium with a large garden, where you can use a table and benches (not in winter with snow). The hose is located 50 meters of SS51

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by Elisa, a private host, who makes her apartment available for tourist purposes.

A precise time for CheckIn is appreciated, because there is no reception like in the hotel, which can be reached at any time.

Area mid-centre
Vodo di Cadore (Guódo in Ladin) is an Italian town of 811 inhabitants in the province of Belluno in the Veneto region.
Municipality with a tourist vocation, it lies in the middle Val Boite at an altitude of 910 m a. s. l. , between the Dolomite massifs of Antelao (3, 264 m) and Pelmo (3, 168 m), and is crossed by the SS 51 d'Alemagna. Its patron saint is Saint Lucia, to whom the church is named.
Due to its panoramic position, it enjoys a magnificent view of the impervious southern slope of the Antelao, the only side from which the showy fissure is visible and from which it is possible to admire the impressive difference in height between the town and the summit.

The municipal territory includes the aforementioned peaks of Pelmo, Antelao and Monte Penna, peaks from which one can enjoy 360-degree views. There are also the Gianpietro Talamini refuge, at 1, 582 m a. s. l. , and the Venezia refuge, at 1, 947 m a. s. l. , at the foot of the Pelmo and the base for its ascent. The Alta via n. 1 of the Dolomites, for Venice also the Alta via n. 3. In the territory of Vodo there are also some ancient huts, including Malga Ciàuta and Malga Rutorto, places dedicated to the processing of milk and the production of its derivatives.
The town stands on the left of the Boite stream, in a natural basin located below the Santa Lucia hill. An artificial barrier, completed in 1960, creates Lake Vodo, which has a capacity of approximately 1, 390, 000 m³ and feeds the hydroelectric plants of Pontesei.
