You will be warmly welcomed to our recently renovated establishment, situated in a peaceful and quiet area.
Very close to the Policlinico Borgo Roma and the Fiera, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes or by bus (the bus stop is 100 meters away).
The train station is 3 km away.
The historic center and the Arena di Verona are 4 km away.
For those arriving by car, it will be possible to park freely and for free in front of the establishment or in the adjacent street.
Our spacious and bright rooms have exposed beam ceilings, wooden floors, and are equipped with refined and functional furniture.
On the first and second floors, we offer three rooms, each with a private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, mini fridge, and hairdryer.
Guests also have access to a kettle for tea and herbal teas.
As of February 1, 2019, the tourist tax for the municipality of Verona is €2.50 per person, per night.
It is not included in the rate.
We are registered with the municipality of Verona as a tourist rental, therefore breakfast is not provided.

The room where I stayed is spacious and bright. The structure is close to the Adigeo shopping center and the University of Verona (Borgo Roma campus). In the room, there is a kettle, a hairdryer, and a small refrigerator. The area is quiet.

Beautiful structure, completely renovated recently. The manager is exceptionally courteous and welcoming, the best you could ask for. The location, however, is the only thing that penalizes everything, being in the industrial/trade fair area of VR, but for us it's convenient because in 2 minutes you can reach the highway. NOTE: it's the second time we come here and the rating is always very high, this already says a lot!

The room is very well cared for and clean, the owner is very welcoming and can advise you on Verona etc. A few meters away there are electric bicycles and others for visiting Verona. Recommended.

A structure in a quiet and central location, ten minutes by car from the free parking at Porta Palio. Very beautiful and comfortable rooms, managers of great kindness and availability. Book with your eyes closed. Thank you Elisabetta!

Siamo stati a casa di Elisabetta il 18 agosto, ubicata a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, la camera molto bella, spaziosa e pulitissima. Condizionamento perfetto. Elisabetta e Daniele molto cordiali e disponibilissimi. La colazione, da consumare in un bar poco distante, ci ha deluso.

Tutto perfetto: proprietaria gentilissima, camera accogliente, pulita e tranquilla (e con aria condizionata, per fortuna). Pulito e nuovo anche il bagno.
Comodo per chi come noi è rimasto per una serata all'Arena: a mezza via tra l'autostrada e il centro, in 5 minuti d'auto arrivi sia a uno che all'altro.
La colazione è al bar vicino, per un cappuccio e brioche va bene, per chi non si accontenta c'è la pasticceria.
Consigliatissimo, proverò a tornarci già il prossimo mese.

Pulizia molto confortevole proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili buon punto per visitare Verona c'è una fermata del bus vicinissima e quindi si può lasciare tranquillamente l'auto al Bed and Breakfast e prendere il bus per il centro di Verona consigliatissimo

Il posto è molto bello, pulito e curato. I proprietari sono due persone molto gentili e socievoli..hanno accettato i nostri coniglietti senza problemi (a differenza di altre strutture che accettano solo cani e gatti). Sicuramente torneremo.
