Da Paolo e Samuela

"Da Paolo e Samuela" is a charming 50 square meter apartment located next to our home. You will enjoy the independence of your own stay, while we will always be available to assist with any needs you may have. Please note that we have a dog and a cat living with us, both of whom are very affectionate.

This apartment is an excellent starting point for your explorations: it is just a two-minute walk from the San Trovaso station, from where you can reach Venice in about 35 minutes and Treviso in only 5 minutes.

The apartment is spread over two levels; on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom and a bathroom, while the kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed are located on the first floor. Nestled in a quiet residential area, it is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.

Surrounding the apartment is a shared garden with our home, which will not be accessible to you. However, during the warmer months, we will provide an outdoor table for you to enjoy meals outside.

We will personally handle the check-in whenever possible; otherwise, we will leave the keys in a secure box, but we will always be available for any assistance since we reside next to your apartment.

Please remember that there is a tourist tax of €1 per night for each guest over the age of 14.
