Description

The apartment, built over two levels, is located at the first floor+ top level. It consists of: dining room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, terrace; a spiral staircase takes you to the upper level which is a large bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Internet cable connection and private Wi-Fi. Sat TV, air-conditioning, heating.

The condominium, called 'Residence Pacengò, consists of 50 apartments and has a nice swimming pool and a tennis court within the grounds. Plenty of parking spaces are available in the large courtyard. The beautiful beach of Pacengo, the small harbour, shops of all types and restaurants can be quickly reached. Nature lovers will find here a good starting point for long and charming walks along the lake and in the middle of the country. The location is also ideal as starting point for touring the lake and surroundings, for visiting Gardaland (at walking distance), for attending the very close congress centre or the fair of Verona.

The location is strategic and central for visiting the parks and going on lake excursions and art itineraries. Gardaland can be reached on foot via a safe internal road.

Caneva, Moviland, and the Garda Thermal Park are 1500 meters away.

The beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. It is also ideal for those who need to attend courses and conferences at the nearby convention center or reach the Verona fair.
