Country Home CA' ISIDORA is an old farmhouse expertly renovated, maintaining its original characteristics both in form and in the use of materials such as the splendid exposed beams and the majestic wooden staircase.

The living spaces are very large and bright, tastefully furnished, in the country style typical of the area, with valuable modern and antique pieces.

Located in a hilly and quiet area just 4 km from the medieval village of Lazise and the lake.

Here we offer a portion of CA' ISIDORA of approximately 220m2 with independent entrance through a magnificent covered porch, furnished with a large wooden table and benches for convivial lunches and dinners.

Large garden with centuries-old plants and splendid olive trees available, 5x9m swimming pool for private use with seasonal opening, furnished relaxation corners in the garden and sun loungers, grill. Internal parking.

The holiday home consists of:
Ground floor - living area with kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, moka, pots and pans, large wooden table, chairs, sofa, satellite TV.

Wardrobe corner
First floor - the splendid wooden stairs lead to the first floor where there are two very large bedrooms (communicating if necessary) the first with a double bed and double sofa bed (160x190cm), the second with a double bed and a single bed, wardrobes, both with SAT TV, individually controlled air conditioning. On the same floor, bathroom with window and tub/shower.

Second floor - large double bedroom with third single bed, wardrobe and SAT TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower with window on the floor.

Unlimited Wi-Fi, individually controlled heating, air conditioning, blankets and pillows complete the equipment of the house.

Possibility upon advance request with a small supplement to provide sheets and towels so as to find the beds ready upon your arrival.

- Blankets and pillows are supplied, upon advance booking it is possible to provide bed linen and towels at a cost of €10. 00 per person per week or per change.

- Supplement for camping cot with sheets and cover €20. 00 per stay
subject to availability to be requested upon booking.

- Finalcleaning Euro 90, 00 to pay direct by check in in cash.

- Tourist tax of €0. 50 per person per night from 14 years of age to be paid on arrival in cash.

- Deposit of 200. 00 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival, will be returned upon departure after checking the apartment.

We owners stay in an adjacent cottage and are available for any eventuality.

We have two dogs in a fenced area so we cannot accommodate other animals.
