The B&B Le Terese is a special and quiet place, located near the University of Architecture, a 15-minute walk from the bus station in Piazzale Roma, in an area that has retained the character of a city animated by its inhabitants, far from major tourist flows, but convenient to the major attractions.
The romantic Zattere walk is a few minutes walk, as is the lively Campo Santa Margherita, with its many bars, cafes and nice restaurants at affordable prices, thanks to the proximity of the main University of Venice. Some of the most beautiful churches are within walking distance, especially do not to lose the ancient church of St. Nicholas of Mendicoli and the church of San Sebastiano frescoed by Paolo Veronese.
The hosts Antonella and Mauro, both architects, have enjoyed designing and personally follow the restoration of their house, careful to create a cozy and comfortable environment for themselves and for their guests, while respecting each other's privacy.
The B&B Le Terese offers 2 comfortable double rooms on the second floor with stunning canal view, in a peaceful, quiet at night and very livable during the day. The rooms, decorated with care, combining the Venetian atmosphere with personal taste and experience, to make you feel welcome in a real home.

We are two architects and the story of our hospitality starts in 2012, when we decide for the first time to open our home to the rest of the world. Supported only by our experience as travelers and as guests of the most varied and memorable hosts, we also wanted to leave a trace. As host we wanted to become part of the travel experience, make it more real, more alive, more human to stay in our city which is wonderful, but unlike any other and sometimes difficult to understand.
The experience of hosting has proved to be surprising, we gave a lot and received even more, we have formed lasting friendships, the world entered into our house with its character, its peculiarities, its fantastic diversity and we believe that even a little 'us and our home has remained in the memory of those who left.

When coming to Le Terese, you feel like you are staying at friends. Everything is done to make you feel at home, every detail, from the delicious breakfast to the city guides, the fresh water and yoghurt in the fridge...The rooms are lovely, cosy, a great mix of modern and traditional - you really feel you are in Italy. The area the Dorsoduro where it is is the most beautiful one, it is like being in a village in the countryside and yet you are minutes from everything. There is the best cafe just 30 seconds away, which serves delicious coffee in the morning and Campari in the evening! Antonella and her husband do everything to help, give advice and make you feel at home. The best!

I had a great time, just like at home. The managers are two lovely people: very kind, helpful and down to earth. The room was equipped with every comfort, the location central but very quiet and well connected. I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic room in a beautiful apartment. The decor and cleanliness was amazing, even the breakfast was stylish! The hosts were very charming and lovely to chat with, but we still had our privacy, feeling like a hotel, very professional. The location is a bit far from the city centre, which is a benefit as it is far from the tourists and tourist trap restaurants. Amazing recommendations of restaurants in a little guide book they provide you with. A great stay in Venice.

It's a very nice structure in Venice where the Venetians live. The room is a bit small and the bathroom is shared with another room but the owner is nice and very helpful. Funny and unusual breakfast with a trolley in front of the door.

The home was very clean and quiet. If was located close enough to the main tourist attractions but far enough away to be very quiet and quaint. The breakfast was fresh and just enough to get the day going. The host was very accomodating and willing to help. The stay was wonderful.

A lovely place. Quiet nights. The hosts are super nice, friendly, and helpful! Good bed. The room is small but intelligently furnished. The shower is narrow, but everything is very clean and practical.
